Modern, stylish, the city center and at the same time a park and clean air, the feeling that birds are singing in the sanatorium, the stylobate is the roof of the 2nd floor, it's generally a fairy tale, like an oasis-bushes, grass, flowers, a recreation area, playgrounds for children, a Minsk residence permit unlike the panels of the New Borovaya there are a lot of advantages with some visible disadvantages of dense buildings. It is well built, but there are also jambs that need to be fixed. Anyone who can afford to live in such an apartment complex will be satisfied. There is also a parking lot, and there is all the infrastructure nearby.

An excellent new residential complex in the center of Minsk, next to the singing nightingales of Chelyuskintsev Park itself. Beautiful view apartments, the metro is a 10-minute walk away, clean park air, lots of playgrounds, there is even a children's railway, developed infrastructure, it is difficult to park a little in the evening, but this is a typical situation of tall houses. Everything else is OK.

I have been living in this complex for the second year. From afar, everything seems to be beautiful...in fact, the mismanagement is complete. Piles of garbage at the entrance to the entrance from the parking lot, I added a photo, but most likely the moderators will not miss it, so as not to spoil the picture.
If there are minimal questions about the house itself, everything is gradually being resolved.
That's the horror of the complex!!! Gradually, the LCD turns into a trash can. The problems already identified, plus construction debris lying for weeks, the DOOR (which was changed) is it interesting that it will be lying in the parking lot for another half a year??? The holes have been patched, the whole yard is covered in stones, several pairs of shoes have already been ruined!

I bought an apartment in the Chelyuskentsev Park residential complex. Now I enjoy the beauty of nature right from the window of my house. Excellent infrastructure, clean air and beautiful landscapes, living in such a place is super, I think I was very lucky to buy an apartment in this paradise.

We live in this residential complex. Panoramic windows fill the apartment with light, everything is nearby — from shops to schools and parks. Parking is sometimes busy, but in general it does not create big problems.

The place is super, near a park, a couple of metro stations.
The LCD itself is fresh, repairs are actively underway.
The main disadvantage for the guests of Minsk is a certain lack of infrastructure - chain stores have not yet come here, and local entrepreneurs cannot form an adequate offer, but a standard set of "pour like", coffee shops, a beauty salon is available.
I compare it with the Lighthouse of Minsk and Novaya Borovaya - of course, everything is within walking distance there.

Everything is pressing in the yard within a radius of several meters: Cars, garbage cans, giant speed bumps. You can't leave in winter. Once in the quarter, I want to leave as soon as possible.
