I really liked the hotel, it was clean, beautiful, and the view from the restaurant was gorgeous. The pool and sauna are high. The location also seems to be convenient. There is an exchange nearby. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is friendly, but earlier check-in costs the same as the whole day. So we decided to walk for a few hours nearby. Leaving your suitcase at the reception is not a problem. We ordered dinner in the room, it was delivered beautifully, quickly and it was delicious) I recommend it!

The hotel itself is very nice, clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and smiling. The view from the restaurant is great. BUT there is a huge disadvantage - food. Breakfast is very meager, there is no way to order scrambled eggs, on some days there was even no omelet in general (pre-cooked), and on those days when there was, it was cold. The pastries are dry and tasteless. I also ordered food from a restaurant once and it was tasteless. I think that if the hotel fixes the kitchen, then there won't be anything to complain about, but now the food really spoils the whole impression.

I liked the hotel, it's modern, the cleaning is daily and good, you can order food around the clock at the hotel, not everything was delicious for me, but these are individual preferences. A beautiful new hotel, opened in February 2024, air conditioning is working, everything is clean, iron in the room, tea-coffee-water in the room. The walls are thick-I didn't hear the neighbors. It is especially good in the pool after the heat-the water cools, the sauna restores strength-everything is there for work and relaxation. Buffet breakfast, omelette or scrambled eggs is prepared by the cook on request, vegetables, fruits, porridge, sweets, cold cuts, the view of the mountains from the restaurant is fantastic!

The shower cannot operate in the same temperature mode. There is a constant range: that is, water flows in waves from cold to hot. And fine-tuning where you won't freeze and at the same time won't boil takes most of the time. The pillows are as strange as possible... I have problems with my neck, it was catastrophically difficult to sleep on them. And the Internet. Apparently, this is generally a problem in Kazakhstan, and it was this hotel that she did not pass by either. There is no need to hope for a stable connection for calls. More precisely, there is even a story about how lucky you are.

I liked the hotel very much, the room is clean, cozy, modern. Bed linen, towel made of high-quality material, perfectly clean. Especially the sleeping bed surprised, the person is resting and getting enough sleep with pleasure. For interest, I checked and found that the mattress is very thick and of high quality, I have not seen such a thick mattress in our stores yet, the bed is also made of durable materials. I rate the breakfast as satisfactory, the variety of dishes is sufficient, but many things are not very tasty.

Who makes up the menu has no idea about classic breakfasts, which necessarily have eggs, omelets, instead we are offered fried potatoes, beans, cabbage and sausages, this is no longer breakfast, but a full lunch. A hotel with a convenient location for the participants of the exhibition in Tashkent. The rest is a seal of sadness. Dirt, dust, hair and nails in the rooms, asked to be cleaned, waited half an hour in the restaurant, they said it was ready, but nothing had changed, promised to write to the owner - after 15 minutes the room was cleaned, it became almost like new, but that was it, daily cleaning - just made the bed. One of the advantages is a good coffee for breakfast.

The hotel is new, there are practically no flaws in it. But the staff is completely unresponsive. I stayed at the hotel from 09/14/2024 to 09/21/2024. From 09/19/2024, I asked to bring shower gel and soap to my room, because the bathroom was out. So for 3 days no one brought it. I had to wash and wash my hands for 3 days with one shampoo. Check-out was 09/21/2024 early in the morning, in the evening we ordered lunch boxes for 5 a.m., in the morning no one knows anything about it, we left with colleagues without lunch boxes. The breakfasts were decent, but monotonous and were often cold and cold.

The hotel was literally empty, just a couple of occupied rooms, but we were given a room with a great view. The breakfast was Turkish, but not delicious. We ordered mulled wine in the restaurant, it was tasteless. The spa has one name - a small ice pool and a Finnish sauna for men and women mixed together. The gym is also small. Of course, the staff is trying, but we weren't even asked if we liked it? Although the place is new, it would be worth knowing what the customers think of them. The price does not match the quality. For the same amount, we rented much better rooms in other hotels.
