We were in Almaty for the first time, stayed at this hotel. They gave us the room keys at the reception, we went up to the room, the key didn't work, we went down again, the key was registered, we went up to the room, it didn't work again, we went down again, an employee went with us, it didn't work again. It took us 25 minutes, but it didn't help, and in the end we said, give me another number, OK. We go into the room, go to the toilet, after that we are flushed, the water continues to flow, we call a specialist, says please do not touch the right button, it does not work. The beds are just boxes of some kind, the corners are sharp((. The front door doesn't fully close, the seal has gone somewhere. In general, the rating is 4 only for breakfast. More or less.

It is unclear where this hotel got a rating of 5. In order: the hotel is only one year old. Everything is falling off, falling apart, and the materials are of poor quality. I was with 4 colleagues. There was something wrong with everyone in the room. Everyone's toilet paper holders fell off at the slightest touch. Everyone's filth is terrible. We lived on 7,4,3,2 floors. Everyone had dirt in their room. The carpet in the room is dirty and stained. Personally, my ironing board was broken, the lock was torn off. I was ironing on the bed. Ugly, substandard repairs. The cleaning is bad. The spa is good, the sauna is hot, but the pool is icy. They just didn't clean my place for the second day. And they didn't put the water on. Almost with a scandal, they managed to beg for at least some water. They say they have cleaning until 20:00. Funny) and what's not up to 12 a.m.? The breakfasts are terrible! An hour and a half before the end of breakfast, there were no croissants and they were not going to take them out. Cherry tomatoes are unwashed, covered in dirt and dirt. The coffee is delicious, the view is beautiful. But if you are used to living in decent places, you will notice these disadvantages. Advantages: close to the exhibition center. Great sound insulation, I couldn't hear what was going on in the hallway or on the street. The hotel is located in a quiet courtyard. The territory is protected. At 11:53, they called my room and informed me that they had an eviction at 12, we remind you. This is the first time I've seen this in 37 countries I've visited)) I won't come back and I won't advise you. I regretted choosing this hotel.

What can we say about the conversations behind the wall, the slamming of doors... it's hot, the condos don't work. You wake up every 10 minutes, if you accidentally get covered up, you're sweating! No hangers!! 2024! 3 pieces, and no pants!! 1 pillow is thin, 1 is huge!!! My neck hurts in the morning... the faucet in the bathroom sink - the base is hanging in all directions, neither open nor close. Bathroom light!!! You can go blind! Why put such bright lamps??! There are no glasses! Not in the room, not in the bathroom. A couple of paper ones...... The curtains don't reach the wall, there are cracks in the morning and the sun....... You can't sleep... Although, okay, cracks, you live like in a dorm, anyway the neighbor will wake you up with an alarm clock... About the good. In many hotels, the water barely flows, it pours here! It would seem, hooray! But no! With such walls, you only dozed off in the morning, and waterfalls poured around!!! At 5 a.m., I and the whole hotel listened to a neighbor's review of the hotel, cursed for 10 minutes (the walls are thin, see above))) With the staff, I guess I haven't found all the joints yet...

Sleeping in this hotel is not realistic. Before check-in, we write a wish - a quiet room at the end of the corridor away from the elevators on a high floor. Yersultan answers, "Understood, we'll give you the quietest one." Arrival - 317 is the 3rd floor in the middle and the gaps between the door and the hall are in the middle. We're not stopping by. We check in at 712. We couldn't identify the source of the noise at night. OK, we're moving across the street to 613. Another night without sleep. The girls at the reception don't know where the noise is coming from. Voila, on the 3rd night we personally went to the adjacent fire escape - 2 blocks. We move to the opposite side of 306. We ask Kumbat several times if this room is quiet, when does the garbage truck arrive? Yes, it's quiet. Garbage truck on Tuesday and Thursday. The first video is at 00.12, jumped by the noise of the generator. The second was at 6 a.m., and of course the garbage truck arrived at 6 a.m. on Saturday. The only advantage is the young, responsive staff, who try their best. But none of the reception staff knew about the listed noise features of their own rooms. Now they know. I have another week to live. Let's see if the problem resolves.
