I won't put it below 3, because nature is always beautiful, but I don't know who called this place a "park", there is "one name" for the park (rather more related to the concept of "wild places" or so), but if you come with your family for a picnic, it will be fine...

I really liked this place! Beautiful nature in the main birch forest and at the end a small oak grove near the river. It's cool to ride a bike, motorcycles, walk, come on a picnic. There are many paths, roads, a good area for outdoor activities and not far from the city, everyone can get there. *Almost everywhere there is dry grass and a lot of dry leaves that are driven by the wind, be careful with fire, take care of such beauty!
