Very comfortable courtyard, clean, quiet, greenery. The territory is guarded. There is an exit to the park and to the street. The apartments are nice and modern.

Really a family park There are cafes on site, and attractions, fountains, a playground for skateboards, basketball There are a lot of people, and yet there is no crowd I recommend even just taking a walk, the park is large and comfortable👍
