It's not that there aren't many trees there at all, or very small ones haven't grown up yet. There is nowhere to hide in the heat of the day except behind the monument to Zhusup (Yusup) Abdrakhmanov, the monument to V.I. Lenin across the street from the administration. That's what people do. Put up gazebos, benches, improve, cultivate. And then the useless use of the territory turns out.
