The staff is very well-intentioned and helpful, but there is no system in the hotel. I stayed for 2 nights, but no one touched my room at the end of the first day. Maybe there is a change 1 in 2 days, but at least it should be informed if it is like this. Or at least the towel should be changed. Unfortunately, this came out of the shower gel in the bathroom. You also expect a better performance in terms of cleanliness from a chain hotel of this type.
