This Hotel is one of my favorites — just a delight! It's beautiful, cozy, clean— just the way I like it. What's important is the kitchen! Chef, if you're reading this, you should know: You're a magician. I was on a business trip, and I fell in love... with salads and soups. The staff is attentive, the atmosphere is relaxing, and after dinner, just roll because it's already difficult to walk. I'll definitely be back, if only for another bowl of that soup!

I lived there for a day. The hotel is 3 stars, not bad comparatively, the rooms are good. Only there were no tea mugs, I had to take them from the bar downstairs, and used slippers were lying around in room 504. Minus one star for the reception service: the staff is weak, unfriendly, made many mistakes during check-in.

There was no closet in the room, a bracket. But there are plenty of hangers, usually there are problems with this. Upon request, they gave shampoo (so there was a gel in the shower with the inscription "for hands"). There is an ironing room. Of the significant disadvantages - well, very weak (just dead) The Internet. You can only zoom in from the lobby, but there are a lot of suffering Wi-Fi with gadgets at the ready, so it's not very convenient to sit and broadcast.

It is difficult to regulate the temperature in the room. the rooms are warm and stuffy. The centralized air conditioning system practically does not obey the remote control. I had to sleep with the window open. Breakfast for a solid four. If you are from Russia, keep in mind that upon arrival - that is, when registering at the reception desk - you will either have to pay the cost of the room in cash tenge, or non-cash (but Russian cards are not accepted), or leave Russian rubles in cash as a deposit before paying for the room in tenge. There is no exchange office in the hotel, the rate in nearby banks is extortionate. Change the currency at the exchange offices in the area of the local Arbat.

The main advantage of the hotel is its location. It is easy to get to different parts of the city. Perhaps because of this, the price of the hotel is too high. During my stay, the road was repaired in front of the hotel and it was blocked for several days, the taxi was dropped off before reaching the place. Breakfasts without much choice with a modest set of morning dishes will satisfy unassuming guests. The coffee machine was constantly broken/serviced. The numbers are for three. The floor covering is stained, the disgusting sound insulation of the entrance door. There is no refrigerator or wardrobe in the room. There was a kettle with a tea set, bottled water was constantly replenished, a safe with dead batteries, clean linen, a TV, dark curtains, air conditioning and weak Internet. I would like to mention the staff of the hotel separately. Friendly and responsive staff, ready to delve into and solve any issue within their capabilities. It is because of them that I give a higher rating.

It's not the first time I've stayed at this hotel! The atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting. Not far from the airport, by the way, if there are early morning flights (especially to Moscow). Due to the early rise, it is not possible to attend breakfast, and so you can ask (order by time) a lunchbox and I did this a couple of times.
