I remember this park in different ways. It was neglected, old, where we students paddled leaves along cracked asphalt paths. Before the construction of the Independence Palace, it was possible to walk around Komsomolsk Lake in a circle - a romantic walk for lovers.
Now the park is majestic and beautiful, thought out in every detail. It's great that the old trees are alive. There are interesting things, for example, an airplane near the Museum of the Great Patriotic War. Sculptures. Fountains. I recommend.

Hmmmmm. I remember this park when cows were grazing there. And in the middle and around the perimeter were private houses. The building, pathetically named the WWII Museum, is an example of agroglamour. In general, the lake shore was cultivated, but taking into account the handwriting of the cultivators, it is tasteless and inconvenient. This is my subjective opinion. 5 stars - for the fact that they did not cut down at all, having knocked out high-rise buildings to the owners.
