We have visited in April such a lovely place in Dubai! It’s a new 4 stars hotel. We love it : delicious food, very kind and cheerful stuff, clean and comfortable rooms. It’s a place where you can enjoy your vacation with calm and chill. I’ll recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is small, located on an artificial island, quite secluded. There is a private beach with free sun beds and umbrellas. Since there are no strangers, there are always enough sunbeds on the beach and by the pool. The bathing area is limited, the bottom is cleaned here. There are sea urchins outside, so there are only slippers there. The water is clear, many swim in masks, watching the wildlife. We only took breakfast, in my opinion it was quite 4 stars. You can take all possible food options (breakfast, breakfast-lunch, breakfast -dinner, breakfast-lunch- dinner or all inclusive. Who needs what). The rooms are large enough, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable. There is a free shuttle service 2 times a day daily to Deira City Center - the nearest mall (shopping, metro, if you want to go somewhere). And on Saturday and Sunday there is a transfer to the Dubai Mall. In general, we were satisfied

A magnificent 4 that is better than the Turkish and Egyptian 5
The rooms overlook the bay and the neighboring emirate of Sharjah, are perfectly clean, the rooms are cozy, the AI food is very tasty and varied, there are always several types of meat dishes, optionally fish and seafood, high-quality alcohol, the staff is friendly and courteous.
The hotel itself is small, there is an atmosphere of intimacy, there are few people on the private beach in the pool too, there is no one in the gym at all wi-fi throughout the territory 😊 if you want a quiet secluded holiday, this is the place that fully justifies the prefix “by Prince”

Our first vacation in the UAE and Park Regis
by Prince, this Delight! We
have been looking for a hotel for a long time and considered Dubai. This hotel attracted us with its price, close location to the main attractions of Dubai, its own beach and, of course, the year of construction (the hotel is new, 2024). I will not write much and in detail, I will tell you the main points.
We had a rest in early September 2024. The hotel is listed as 4*, but for us it was all 5* (not comparable to the Turkish 5*).
The hotel is new, it was quiet and peaceful to relax in it. Only 20 rooms were occupied at most during our period, which was very pleasing)
The service is simply excellent, the room has everything you need, including: iron, ironing board, hair dryer, slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, even a shaving machine, cotton buds (small things, but very disposes of all this in a positive way). Every day, the cleaning, taps and all plumbing were constantly shining. This also says a lot.
The food, like the hotel itself, is excellent. The first days we had a menu, we chose food, and I want to say that the portions were very large, including children's ones. And most importantly, everything is very tasty. Then the buffet appeared, quite diverse and also superbly delicious.
The attitude towards children is the most kind and loving. They even carried my daughter in their arms)
The entire staff is always friendly, open and friendly. It was a pleasure to be in this hotel.
If any questions arose, everything was solved at the reception.
Many were frightened by the unbearable heat. Yes, it was really hot (but not 50+ degrees, as in summer), but if you are not going to go somewhere every day, then it's great, especially by the water.
The warm salty sea was very unusual. Alternated with a cool large swimming pool and Jacuzzi. There is also a pool for children, but my 5-year-old daughter preferred a large space in the adult pool for her underwater tricks.
We went on excursions 3 times a week and it was enough for us to visit the most iconic places in Dubai, but there is still something to come back for)
I hope you are not tired of reading and most importantly, it was useful.

A wonderful hotel. The kitchen is good. The location is for a quiet and secluded holiday. The service is on a solid 5. I took off one star for the beach. The sand is clean and soft, BUT the bottom of the sea is covered with algae. Because of the algae, sea urchins appeared at the bottom of the sea. During the rest period, 4 people injured their legs. A very unpleasant moment. Perhaps in the future the bottom of the sea will be cleaned.

We rested at the hotel at the end of October.
Great reception! There were no problems with the staff. There are employees who speak Russian. I would like to dispel the myths based on previous reviews.
1. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, including the beach and gym.
2. The gym has the necessary base for cardio and strength training. A cooler with water. Towels.
3. The room was cleaned daily. Drinking water for 1 bottle per person in the room every day (if you forgot to bring water, you informed the reception / cleaning service staff and everything was done).
4. There is a bar on the beach
5. Shuttle service from the hotel to City Centre Deira daily, Dubai Outlet Mall on weekends
6. The hotel has its own beach. The entry into the water is good. There are sea urchins / corals more often already at depth. Those who consider it necessary can use coral slippers (sold at the hotel store). We didn't use shoes, there were no problems. There was no abundance of algae, blooming water, etc.))
7. The hotel is located closer to the border with Sharjah. It is better to use a taxi to go to the center.
8. Nutrition (they took HB). The quality of the products presented is excellent. There were no problems with the choice. Lunch/dinner was rotated if necessary.
Among the wishes for the hotel, the possibility of installing water coolers on the floors / in the lobby.

If I were asked to describe the hotel in three words, I would say: "Quality, taste and hospitality."
The hotel is located 15-20 minutes from Dubai Airport, so after a long flight it is very nice to be at the hotel as soon as possible. I would like to note that despite the proximity of the airport, the hotel is located in such a way that it is outside the runway, that is, you can watch the planes take off and land, but the noise will not bother you.
Staying at this hotel will especially appeal to those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city. While there are no other major hotels and shopping malls around the hotel, it seems that the hotel is located on its own island. Hurry up to enjoy the privacy and the absence of noise (Dubai is a rapidly developing city). At the same time, it is very convenient and affordable to get from the hotel by taxi to the main attractions of the city.
At first glance, the interior of the hotel conquers: the design is tasteful, expensive and high-quality materials are used, new and comfortable furniture is installed. The lobby has a unique aroma of French perfumes with a light oriental trail. It becomes clear that the hotel owner pays great attention to the details that make up the entire image of the hotel. Sconces in the form of Arabic script in the lobby and restaurant immerse you in the atmosphere of an oriental fairy tale. Coffee (with cardamom, definitely worth a try) and dates are always served in the lobby.
The hotel is located on the first coastline with its own sandy beach, the distance from the hotel to the sea is about 100 meters. The beach is equipped with sun loungers, a lifeguard is on duty every day from eight in the morning until sunset. Beach towels are provided on the beach. There is also a bar on the beach, two outdoor pools and a shower (the water in the Persian Gulf is quite salty, it is very pleasant to wash it off after swimming).
The entrance to the sea is flat, bottom height differences can be said to be excluded.
The room stock is new, the hotel opened in 2024. The room has all the necessary furniture: a wardrobe, which contains a very comfortable ironing board and an iron (ironing went without problems: the iron is new, high-quality, steamed, did not spoil things), a free safe, an additional pillow (if there are not enough available four) and a shoe care kit. Very comfortable bed! Orthopedic mattress(c) makes your stay especially comfortable. Blackout curtains will allow you to get enough sleep at any time. The bathroom has the necessary hygiene supplies: toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, shaving machine, hygiene bags, cotton pads and ear sticks.
Breakfast was included in the price of our stay. The menu is varied, balanced, there were always fruits, pineapples and vegetables turned out to be especially delicious, every morning there was a cheese plate (gouda, emmental, door blue), eggs cooked in various versions, all dishes are cooked delicious, I would say with love for their work.
The rest at the hotel left the most pleasant impressions! My husband and I were looking for a secluded place with a high level of comfort, and we found it. Will we come back again? Definitely yes!

Minuses:
1. The beach, it is artificial, consists of small shells, sometimes there are large ones, you can cut your legs, so if you decide to stay here, then you need to take aquasocks with you, they do not sell at the hotel. I didn't take it and cut my legs well.
2. Also, what I didn't like was that on the beach area I met both starfish (they are not dangerous) and sea urchins and jellyfish and crabs. An unpleasant neighborhood, so to speak.
3. Swimming pool, there is no heating in the children's pool and the water in it is much more fertile than in the sea.
There is only a children's room for children.
4. Check-in took place at the 14th hour, take at least a bag of clothes to change in the toilet and do not sit waiting, go to the beach.
5. Tourist tax is charged upon check-in. I paid 125 dirhams (maybe more, I don't remember exactly). There is a currency exchange at the reception, but it is not profitable.
6. Of the big disadvantages for me, the staff, they are very slow, you need to ask 100 times, they can skip cleaning, the quality of which suffers a lot.
7. I asked for a crib for the baby for 2 days, I have already connected a tour operator.
There are no pots and strollers at the hotel.
8. Cleanliness is not the motto of the hotel. When entering the bathroom, I saw someone else's hair, wiping dust and dirt is not their thing, the palace also apparently needs to be taught to vacuum.
There was no hair conditioner, I asked to add it to the volume. Added at the end of the second day (After the tenth request).
You will not be provided with toothpaste, which is also surprising to me). After the scandal, they began to bring it... just like regular water.
There was no mattress pad on the mattress!
9. There is a problem with the water drain in the bathroom, if you wash in the bathroom or wash, then all the water will end up on the floor, through the drain. I am also attaching a photo. The problem is not only understood by our number.
10. Well, the food ...
Every day is the same, and some economy products / fast food, you will not die of hunger, but you will be sick of this food.
11. There is nothing nearby. No cafes, no shops, just take a taxi.
Positive:
1. The room is generally good, new.
2. Not very far from the airport.
Who knows, but I definitely wouldn't want to come back here, well, I won't recommend it.

Excellent beds, rooms, sea view with balcony. The chef is on top, the food is very tasty.
The sea is made in the form of an oasis, you walk along the sand to the sea, then you meet a bar that is always closed due to the absence of employees, that is, you have to carry drinks, pools, and a warm sea from the main restaurant.
At the bottom, the starfish are not big and hedgehogs, I swim with a mask to see what to step on, now algae have appeared, but lifeguard tries to swim along the bottom and collect sea urchins, but people hurt my leg.
Calm European modern music is playing in the main pool. There is no crowd in the restaurant or on the beach, where they are we do not know.
If it's important to anyone, then all inc has alcohol and not diluted, there is no apple, banana, nuggets, French fries, pizza for children.
Of the dishes: chicken in various forms, very soft and tender beef, delicious white and red baked fish, rice, pasta, stewed vegetables and many more delicious things)
The problem with food: maybe everything is spicy, sometimes they do not replenish.
There is no taxi at the curb here, Yandex converts currency from your card, from here to the airport 60 dirhams, back 90.... The local taxi is Karim, but you have to pay with cash. It would seem 20 minutes to Dubai, but it is quite expensive to ride from here.
A hotel to take a break from cars, the city, the hustle and bustle, people, just to rest, recover, sleep off and visit a couple of hot spots 🫶

We stayed at this hotel from 2.10.24 to 9.10.2024.
The hotel is new.
Cleaning for 3: beds are made, towels are changed, garbage is removed from the bins. The floor is not vacuumed or dusted.
When changing the linen , they left a pillowcase under the chair , a water bottle from the former tenants behind the curtain on the window , etc.
If you are going all inclusive , then take into account :
Alcohol is served from 12.30 to 22.30.
The bar is rarely open on the beach, and in the pool too.
There are no shops or restaurants nearby.
The territory is very small ( there is none at all )
The beach is close, but there are a lot of small shells (take corals).
The sea is clean and very warm.

At the end of the rest, the owner of the hotel swam to us in the sea and listened to a small part of the shortcomings from us, recognized our room and said "everything will be fine", but nothing has changed (except that they fixed the bell in the room, which we do not need at all)
The only thing is, the owner extended our room on the day of departure for several hours for free, well, thank you at least for that)
The hotel can only be liked by people who usually relax in sanatoriums

A good hotel, and most importantly a new one. It is located on the bulk islands of Dubai Island. There is nothing nearby. They take you to Dubai every day at the Deira City Center shopping center. Everything is new and modern, linen towels, including on the beach. The rooms have everything, great shower gel , shampoo and balm, the smell is awesome. We took breakfast and dinner, the food was very tasty. The only small disadvantage here I think is the cleaning, it is very weak, our room was cleaned deep after lunch, or even later in the evening and the cleaning was so-so, the carpet was not vacuumed, not all accessories were replenished, something had to be asked.
A huge plus is the sea - clean, gentle, almost without waves. It is especially gorgeous before lunch at high tide. But be careful, there are sea urchins and there are a lot of them, you need either slippers for the sea or at least glasses.
