We were here for a week at the end of November. I really liked the hotel - it's top-of-the-line for its price. A huge plus is that there is a private beach, which is just around the corner. Sun beds with umbrellas are always available, there are many of them in relation to the number of guests: there are always places. There are many of us, but there are also Germans and there was even a family from America. There is no children's animation, so if you plan to come with children, your leisure time is your responsibility. The food is generally good, there is always a choice. We had breakfasts and dinners, which was basically enough. We ordered delivery via Talabat for lunch, and the couriers arrived fairly quickly in ~half an hour. Once we changed dinner for lunch. This is possible here, but you need to notify the front desk the day before. And once again we asked them to replace dinner with lunch for one person, but so that the second person from the room could go to dinner. They didn't refuse Complaints about the fact that there is nothing around look a little strange. Yes, indeed, there really is nothing around. The cards don't lie At the time of 2025, there is no public transport on the island. There is a free bus service from the hotel twice a day to the Deira City Centre shopping center. If you don't have time for it, then the only option to get to the city is to call a taxi. Yandex Taxi operates in Dubai (it is here under the Yango brand), you can call it directly from our home app (but only business class cars are available), money will be debited from the card that is linked to the application (in my case, from one red Russian bank). The trip cost ~40 dirhams to get to the nearest metro station, Golden Souq. Subsequently, they called a taxi through Careem (economy class cars are available here), paid here with cards from the same red bank, but already from its Belarusian branch, and you can also pay with cash and Nol transport cards, which you use to pay on the subway and on buses. Through Careem, trips cost ~26 dirhams. Overall, I really liked the hotel. If it is the seaside vacation that is important, lie down to sunbathe and sometimes go out into the city, you can safely stay here.

In October 2025, I was with a friend at this hotel. Overall, everything is just fine, the rooms are clean, large, and we've been upgraded to a room with a balcony. On the very first day, we were inundated with requests and questions from the reception, we didn't understand how to turn on the hair dryer, the sockets weren't ours, the shampoo was out, or something else, but all our requests were resolved as soon as possible. We didn't lie or swim by the pool, but you should know that it's almost always in the shade, so you won't be able to sunbathe by the pool. The sea is magnificent, the fenced area, every morning the hotel staff cleans the bottom of seafood, there are a lot of stars, there are a lot of hedgehogs, but after cleaning they are gone. There is a bar on the beach, you can drink a cooling drink, there are also two pools on the beach, the water does not smell of chlorine. The only drawback is the monotonous and not very tasty food, every day there was fish, chicken and meat, in different variations, but almost always it was spicy or tough, more often I ate fish. The specialty of the kitchen is fries, fries or nuggets. There were no salads. Lots of sweets. The breakfasts are good, although they are also monotonous, eggs in different forms are cooked right in front of you, pancakes, pancakes.

Excursions can be booked directly at the hotel, especially since the guide there is Russian-speaking. The hotel room was great - there was everything you needed and even a personal ironing board with an iron! I only had breakfast buffets, where there was a fairly large selection - porridge, muesli, eggs, omelette, beans (it seems), various types of sausages/sausages, fresh vegetables, rice, and something else that would be more suitable for lunch, so I didn't take it myself), of course the same fruits - watermelon, apples, bananas, melon, grapes, fruit salad, in general, it is difficult to stay hungry. I was there last week (December 9-13), there weren't too many visitors at the hotel, so there were always more than half of the available sun loungers on the beach. The majority of the residents are Russian-speaking. The staff is polite, English is spoken by everyone who had to talk to, except me 😂 And thanks to the administrator for checking me in as soon as I arrived, and it was about 10 o'clock, although check-in there from 15. The hotel's territory is small, but it has everything: a gym, a tennis table, a spa, a perfume shop, and a souvenir shop. The hotel room is also compact, but very cozy. Everything is clean and new. There are bathrobes. Cleaning on request. There is a very pleasant oriental smell everywhere. The TV is big, there is one TNT Russian channel. But there is a lot of information about the hotel, the city, etc. All information is available in Russian, you just need to select it. There is even an online departure board. You can't take an elevator to different floors. You put the electronic room key to the screen in the elevator and the elevator itself rises to the desired floor. The restaurant is also small, but there was always enough room for everyone. The buffet area is also small, but there were no crowds. You walk around calmly and take everything you need. The staff was polite and helpful, attentive to any questions. The main disadvantage is the location. Since the island is under construction, there is nothing but 3 hotels and a public beach there. The hotel has almost no territory, so there is nowhere to walk. For entertainment, you will have to take a taxi or use a hotel transfer. The entrance to the sea and the swimming area itself are not very convenient for those who are used to swimming far and at a depth sufficient for an adult. At low tide, the water drains so much that you can stand waist-deep in the water near the buoys. I was also surprised that an extra bed is not provided for a 2.5-year-old child, although the tour for three implied this. They offered to install a sofa for an additional fee, but we refused. The hot water in the shower starts running 10 minutes after turning on. If that doesn't bother you, then you can go about your business. It's not very comfortable with a child. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and the hotel left positive impressions. If you are interested in yourself and your surroundings, you do not depend on daily trips to the city and impressions, but want privacy, this hotel is for you.

The bottom is clean, very pleasant! The room is simply heavenly! The view from it is fantastic! We can't get enough of it! Everyone loves good linen and high-quality shampoo gels - everything in the hotel is impeccable! I was captivated by the fact that the owner of the hotel constantly monitors everything himself, we often see him on the territory, communicates with the guests, solves all possible issues! It is very convenient to get to the city, especially since free buses run from the hotel 2 times a day. Of course, we recommend the hotel and we want to come back here ourselves!

We were in the UAE for the first time, there was a choice between this hotel and the hotels in Ras al Khaimah, we chose the one closer to Dubai to see the sights, and we did not lose out. The hotel is small, there is NO ONE nearby, which was a plus for us, privacy and complete relaxation. Those who write that there are no shops nearby, this is not entirely true. There is a large Bismi market within walking distance (25-30 minutes), where we bought Dubai chocolate, only 10 times cheaper than in the Dubai Mall, as well as local spices, imported drinks and other sweets. The food is good, knowing that the hotel is 4 *, do not expect any frills (there will not be 5 types of rice / pasta, as in the Turkish five), it is more modest here, but there was always plenty to choose from, everything was delicious, there were seafood, sweets, good cocktails are made at the bar. The beach and the sea are generally a fairy tale, there were always free sun beds at any time. In the morning, we noticed that there was a cluster of sea urchins, but they were being cleaned by the staff, the hotel owner himself was there for a couple of days, he was interested in how our vacation was going and if there were any suggestions. For a change, we took a sightseeing tour from the hotel guide. It's a good thing that we didn't drive on our own in this heat, but were in a car with air conditioning and comfort. There is also a shuttle service from the hotel to the malls, we went to the City Centre Deira, and back by taxi, our Yandex works (it is much cheaper than taking a taxi at the hotel). Since the island is still being built up, the Rixos hotel is being built next to the hotel, but it does not interfere in any way, there is no noise from it. We went to relax body and soul, have a delicious meal and not think about anything, we did it here, we did not pay attention to any shortcomings, but just rested!

The hotel is relatively new, the location is not very convenient, you have to go to any store or shopping center, but there is a free bus on schedule. The breakfasts and dinners are hearty, the choice is small, but sufficient. There is a fenced beach nearby, just a short walk away. Regarding the pool, it is there, but it is so improperly located that sunlight does not enter the water at all. Room service is normal, always well cleaned. A delightful vacation! We definitely recommend it! We would like to express our gratitude to this wonderful hotel for a perfect vacation! We were completely delighted with every detail. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The territory of the hotel is simply magnificent: well-groomed, green, very cozy. The pool is excellent, the water is always clean. But a separate pride of the hotel is its own private beach. We never had to fight for free sun beds, there were always plenty of them, which was a huge plus for us. Of course, I was impressed by the food! We took the option with breakfast and dinner (buffet). An incredible variety of dishes for every taste: meat, fish, pasta, grilled vegetables, and the freshest pastries. Everything was always fresh and very tasty. And, of course, the friendly staff is worth noting. All the staff, from the receptionists to the waiters, were always smiling, attentive and ready to help with any question.
