The area is awesome. You can find here, restaurant, sauna, kids park and kids room, football and tennis areas, campfire and limitless forest. Prices not so expensive, there are many options you can find and for only you and for big company, they have and rooms and cottages. Food is tasty, service is good.

She came to us as part of the forum. She got poisoned on the 2nd day and couldn't physically leave the room. Considering that the food was excellent, it was probably the tap water. DON'T DRINK IT!!! The cuisine is divine, such abundance is rarely found anywhere. Everyone returned several kilograms fatter😂 The staff was helpful, they brought extra bottled water to the room, and they were very attentive. The territory of the hotel is very well maintained, you are actually in the forest, but there are all the amenities at hand. Hammocks and swings are hung all over the territory, where you can retire with a book and listen to the birds singing. In the evening, a bonfire was lit and a surprise from the hotel was organized - a guitar player! Her singing pacified everyone. There are many gazebos, a tennis court, and a separate gazebo for table tennis. The conference room is large and comfortable. A great place for a family vacation. The only drawbacks are the rooms, which, although they were clean, were clearly not renovated for a long time. I especially didn't like the bathroom. In the morning, there was a very unpleasant smell that needed to be weathered. There were problems with hot water in the morning. Most likely, the pressure did not reach the 4th floor. In addition, only one key was issued for a 2-bed room, which made it difficult to arrive at the hotel, since other forum participants remained in the room (keys had to be handed over all the time). I advise the hotel to replace the lock doors with newer ones.

Amazing location! Located on a mountain in a fabulous coniferous and deciduous forest! The air is clean with an amazing aroma of pine needles! Good cuisine, everything is delicious and a fairly diverse assortment. Attentive staff, clean, large rooms with everything you need for living and relaxing. If you want to break away from the hustle and bustle of the city (45 km from the center of Yerevan) and enjoy the atmosphere of the forest and mountains, relax body and soul, then this hotel complex is what you need!

The hotel is located near the village of Arzakan, near another hotel, the Ararat Resort. The hotel consists of several multi-level buildings and many cottages. A huge area where there is a cable car, tennis courts, a shooting range, several places for nights near the campfire, etc. The staff is friendly and performs all duties. Meal Breakfast and dinner were included in our room rate. The portions were always large and it was impossible not to be full. Unfortunately, due to the fact that we had a rest in winter, there was no buffet, but there was acceptable food, breakfasts were mostly filled with healthy food, there is always a choice of many drinks. Each dinner includes meat, salads, a second course, and assorted cheeses and sausages. In general, I advise you to relax in winter, I think it will be much better in warmer times :)

We've been there three times in winter, they don't clean the ice off the roads, it's very slippery and traumatic. Bottled water is not provided in the rooms. If you want to have lunch, it's better to take something with you. It takes an unbearably long time to prepare a dish after ordering. We came for lunch, but got the hot stuff an hour and a half before dinner.
