I had a manicure and, unfortunately, was not satisfied. During the procedure, the master was often distracted: texting, listening to voice messages and talking on the phone with strangers, which looked unprofessional. The manicure itself is poorly executed: smudges are visible, gel polish got on the skin, there are cuts at the points of growth, and small specks turned out to be under the coating. Personal questions were also asked, which seemed inappropriate to me. In general, I expected a higher level of service and accuracy.

If you want to spoil your mood, welcome to the Park Studio. The administrator is rude, an absolutely unprofessional employee. we came from Minsk to visit friends in Bobruisk for a holiday, pre-ordered a certificate for a spa program for two by phone, offered online payment and a certificate in pdf format, but we decided to pay after the fact. Upon arrival, the receptionist replied that spa services were not provided from today. No explanations, explanations, apologies. What if we had paid? Would you give your friends a certificate for a manicure of questionable quality? Let this be the whole lesson that you only need to go to trusted places. I do not recommend this salon to anyone, and especially not such incompetent employees. I will definitely inform my familiar regulatory authorities!!!

I went to sugaring (the area above the lip and sideburns). They did their job terribly. They didn't treat my skin before the procedure. There was a large amount of hair left (the hair was removed so that there were bald spots), redness. The remaining hair (most of the hair ) was pulled out with tweezers . It was incredibly painful, as there were a lot of them left, and the "specialist" was just scratching my skin with tweezers.And eventually, after the procedure, my skin was treated with chlordixedine and that was it. I could remove my hair with tweezers at home.
