It's a very decent hotel. The rooms, the service, the food are all at a high enough level for Cuba. All sockets are 220v, despite the fact that the voltage in Cuba is 127v. A pretentious, very expensive hotel. It doesn't pull 5 stars, but it's normal for Cuba. The room is clean. Water is provided once, 1.5 liters upon check-in. The hotel has 3 restaurants. We went to the Mediterranean. The food is normal, but we saw a cockroach. But this is also normal for Cuba...

A magnificent hotel in the center of Havana. The live music in the lobby in the evenings and the classical singing of the tenors were the greatest pleasure. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. I highly recommend this hotel. The windows of our room overlooked the park and you could see beautiful retro cars.

Great hotel in the heart of the city!!! The pool and Jacuzzi on the 9th floor of the hotel make your stay even more comfortable!!! We liked Otel, we would like to return to Havana and Otel!!!
