Good afternoon. We placed an order on this website (parkerpen.by) 04/28/2021 (a gift to the boss) with subsequent delivery on 30.04.2021 until 12:00. On 30.04.21 at 11:00, we contacted representatives of this organization OURSELVES to clarify the information on the order (once again emphasizing that the order should be delivered no later than 12:00 (a congratulatory event was planned at that time). On 30.04.2021, at 11:49 a.m., a courier contacted us and informed us that the order would be delivered no earlier than an hour/an hour and a half later. We were extremely outraged by the current situation because this was reported only 10 minutes before the end of delivery (although they could have contacted us earlier to find some compromise) We ordered on this site for the first time and were extremely disappointed with the service.
