On weekdays , there is nowhere to go , people get to the subway , drop their cars at the Green City parking lot , and go to the subway . They visited the shopping center and felt discomfort because of such "parking spots" of the Administration. It would not hurt to make paid parking after 2-3 hours, the issue would be resolved instantly.

It is impossible to park on weekends. Make paid parking to exclude cars covered with age-old dust!!!!
