This is a Malaysian retail chain store, opened in Saigon in 2005, I think proudly. not the most luxurious in the city, but quite functional, air conditioning, escalators, a good food court and, most importantly, cheap. He was a block away from my hotel and, of course, ran in here a couple of times. I bought some souvenirs at Parkson for work.
