I stayed at this hotel in early June for a few days. The room is clean as standard, good new plumbing, everything is there, a bottle of water was put on every day (it was very hot). There is a kettle, tea leaves and coffee. A good varied breakfast, however, started a little late in my opinion - from 08 o'clock :). I like to walk, so I got to the old town, Primorsky Boulevard on my own, in 20-25 minutes, along the old streets. In the evening, after the excursions, you won't really take a walk, I went early in the morning, around 07 o'clock. Nearby there is a large grocery chain store, a vegetable and fruit shop. I know that the hotel has a spa, but I haven't used it, I can't say anything. A normal hotel for your money.

I think there are 11 rooms in total, the room has everything. We had room 7, the windows overlooked the maiden tower.

Overall, the hotel is good. A variety of breakfasts, good room cleaning. Great guys at the reception, Russian speakers. But there is a caveat- we had a Connect room on the 2nd floor, so that's the view from the window in my photos. The window of one room looks out into some kind of enclosed nook, an airless space.The window of the other room overlooks the roof and the pipes and these pipes make a lot of noise, especially at night. Some kind of automation is buzzing with a frequency of 10 seconds. It turns off and on, it looks like torture. If you wake up at night, you won't fall asleep. I don't know about the other rooms, maybe it's quiet there.
We went to the spa once. The pool water is very muddy and the smell is not very pleasant. There were some stains on the floor in the hammam, maybe someone had procedures in front of us, we didn't take any chances and didn't go there.
In general, we only spent the night and had breakfast there, we won't find fault much, it's a normal hotel.

We went to Baku and stayed at this hotel in July 2024. I liked everything very much. We rented a connect room. If someone is traveling with adult children, I recommend this particular room. The repair is very good. Daily room cleaning. Polite service staff. Thank you to all of them for their attention and discreet work. And in general, the service in Baku is "on top" everywhere: what's in the hotel, what's in cafes and restaurants, what's in the shops. All people are friendly and friendly. I highly recommend visiting this hotel, and Baku in general. The rest is not forgotten.

We often stay at this hotel. Spacious rooms, plenty of space, thoughtful comfortable bathrooms with underfloor heating - everything you need is there! I think this is an excellent value for money.
The friendly, helpful staff really tries to solve problems if you contact them. For example,
1) they made us a couple of late food orders from apps,
2) they helped and distributed the Internet when there were problems with the light in the area, but it was necessary to work,
3) the broiler was promptly repaired when it was discovered that the water was not hot enough,
4) if the room was not satisfied (I like it when there is more light), then, if there are free places, we showed everything from which we can choose, we even moved from room to room several times in a row
In addition, it can be seen that the rooms are periodically renovated, rather than killing their junk to complete wear and tear.
Of the cons, you need to understand that this is not an instagrammed boutique hotel, but a good, pleasant family place. Once we stayed here with our parents and friends for a wedding, everyone liked it.
It's a bit noisy by the road, but uncritical.

I really liked this hotel. Warm and friendly staff, nice comfortable rooms. The food is good enough-we bought accommodation with breakfast. Sausages, cheese, fried eggs, sausages, eggs, vegetables. They gave fruits: apples, pears and tangerines. Several types of juices, tea, and coffee are served. The hotel has a spa center, I really liked the hammam and the Finnish sauna with a swimming pool-it's free for guests.
The hotel is not located in the very center of the city, but there is a Nizami metro station nearby, or you can take a taxi, it is cheap in the city. We used Uber. Nearby there is a supermarket Grandmart, a chain of Bravo stores. And if you walk a little down the road, you can go to Cafe Zaura, the only place in my opinion where you can eat hot and soups inexpensively.
An important point when paying for accommodation is that if you pay on the spot, only dollars and manats are accepted.
I highly recommend this hotel, everything is created here for a comfortable stay!

The hotel meets the stated stars, the only negative is the view from the window. We had room 509, a view of the lid and the nearby buildings. Otherwise, everything is fine - delicious breakfasts: buffet + you can order scrambled eggs or omelette, the rooms are cleaned every day - they bring water and shower gel + shampoo. At the breakfast buffet: vegetables : cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, different types of cheeses, sweets, pastries, yoghurts, cottage cheese of different types, sausages, boiled eggs, side dishes are different every day. Packaged tea, instant coffee only and juices in boxes (not freshly squeezed). Towels are also changed every day, the hotel is clean. The spa has a swimming pool (you must have a hat in it, you can buy it for 5 manats or rent it for 3 manats), a hammam. The sauna is not working. The hotel has a good location - the center is 20 minutes away at a slow pace, there are many cool bars and restaurants, shopping centers in 5 minutes.

The decisive factor in choosing was the spa, which was under renovation at the time of our stay, and we were not warned about it.
Breakfast is a separate song. We stayed here for a week and the food got worse every day. Is there a lot of cherished sausage left from slicing? The next morning there will be an omelet with this sausage. Nobody eats canned peas? Great, there will be an omelette with canned peas. And one day, the ceiling began to leak in the kitchen right next to the tables — you think about how not to slip on the tile and not to drip into the food.
Mom called the reception from her room at 12 a.m. and asked to turn off the punch. She was told to "waste another hour."
By the way, because of the renovation, there was no light in my room with my husband for almost a day.

A 4* hotel does not pull in any way. We lived in room 208. 2 windows that overlook the walls of neighboring buildings. There is practically no daylight in the room. The constant hum from the working ventilation systems. I.e. open the window without options. Artificial lighting is weak. The furniture is very tired. There are 4 hangers in the closet, one is broken. You need to ask for a shoe spoon. There are no dishes in the room except for 2 mugs and one teaspoon. And so: the room is big. Water 2 to 0.5, black tea and coffee almost every day. Towels are also not enough at check-in. The quality of the linen is not very good. I didn't like the hammam and the pool. In Russia, it is better to stay in 2-3* hotels. Breakfasts: there was quite enough in the assortment and the quality is good. As it is, the location of the hotel is good. We stayed at this hotel in January of the 24th year. The hotel is good, located almost in the center, 15 minutes walk to the old town. There is a metro station nearby. The rooms are spacious, there is a kettle, they put bottles of water daily, put tea bags, coffee.
There was also daily cleaning, towels were changed every day.
The breakfast is normal, there are many hot dishes, porridge or scrambled eggs can be prepared on request. Of the cons, there was no custard coffee. But there are a lot of juices, nuts, fruits.

The room is not renovated new, but cleaning is daily, water is added, bathroom accessories. If it seems cold, just turn off the taps on the heating batteries).
The room price included SPA services (we visited the hammam, the sauna did not work, massage, etc. for an additional fee).
We went to breakfast, we didn't stay hungry. The buffet: hot dishes, salads, fruits, nuts, pastries, juices.
Most of the staff are Russian-speaking.

August 2023, clean beautiful room on the 5th floor, wonderful view of the flame towers. Excellent bathroom, everything is there. Clean comfortable beds.
The spa is open from 12:00 to 22:00, includes a swimming pool and a hammam. Massage for an additional fee. It's a pity we weren't warned about the opening hours at check-in.
Of the disadvantages of the location. It was the 4th place where we stayed in Baku, and it lost out to other places because of the need to climb the mountain when you return home

We were in April 2023. Positive:
1) excellent location, we walked in all directions (a child of 7 years did not get tired once)
2) the rooms are clean, supplies were put in daily, water in sufficient quantity, cleaning and changing towels daily, then I asked the cleaner every day to suffer, the room is so clean.
3) the staff is wonderful, the canteen staff are cute girls, the food is very tasty, and there have never been any comments that the child took out a banana or an apple or a cookie with him. Dairy products are delicious and fresh, tomatoes are no words.
4) the guys at the reception are polite and smiling, the Russian-speaking boy suggested an inexpensive taxi, for which a special thank you
Minuses
1) I didn't like the spa, although we were 2 times, because we love it. The pool has icy water, not everyone could even get in there. It's cold in the sauna. It's not bad where steam is, but that's it.
2) torn dressing gowns - honestly, they didn't even wear them out of disgust
3) refrigerators barely work, in the 3 rooms that our family rented, less than one cooled, the rest in no way. It's 17 degrees outside, and if it's hot?
I still give 5 stars because of the staff, the dining room (true and delicious and friendly there all) and the location.

Location - not far from the center, but it's a bit far to walk, we went by taxi all the time. I think still the price and quality are proportional ! The breakfasts were not particularly tasty, but we had breakfast, and then had an early lunch. The bed and pillows are normal, the bathroom is not thought out, the water from the shower just pours everywhere, from this the doors swelled and had to constantly put a towel on the floor, there were no towels for the legs. Firstly, a good location, near the metro, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, at the exit you can always buy freshly squeezed pomegranate juice (which we did), there are supermarkets. Secondly, the spa, you can relax after long walks, works until 23. Thirdly, we were worried because of the reviews that the staff does not speak Russian or English. The fears were not confirmed! Responsive staff, very hospitable! They spoke both Russian and English. A lot of foreigners! Special thanks to the girl in the restaurant and to everyone who takes part in the preparation of breakfast. Very tasty, a large selection, you will definitely not stay hungry! And what's even more wonderful - they organized an early breakfast for us, since we had to leave early. Thanks to the administrator of Nofel for helping with this. We will definitely come back!
