We applied to the Paradont dentistry to the Pchelova orthodontist for bite correction in our daughter (incorrect tooth structure of the upper jaw, canine). Initially, I was attracted by the price, which is slightly lower than the average for the city. However, it later became clear that there is a system in place where the longer the patient stays in treatment, the more the clinic earns. The child had the braces for more than three years, and they were removed only at my insistence. A month before the withdrawal, I clarified the cost with the administrator — they called the amount 400-420 rubles for two braces. When they came to take pictures, the doctor billed 501 rubles for the procedure, which took 10-15 minutes, explaining this by "price increases after the New Year", which we were not warned about. The organization of work is extremely inconvenient: Pchelova is the only orthodontist in the clinic, so if you can't make an appointment, the next visit is possible only in a month and a half. The treatment of patients is formal, like in a free clinic, despite regular payments. It is especially unpleasant that when visiting a child without parents, the attitude of the staff is dramatically worse. In addition, the doctor makes inappropriate statements about the parents in front of the child, which is absolutely unacceptable. Bottom line: I strongly do not recommend the Paradont clinic and the Bee doctor. If you are looking for a responsible and respectful attitude towards the patient, choose another place.They didn't even deserve one star)
