The hotel is on solid 4!
Awesome sea, at first a beach with sandy shallow baths, and further away a pier with a reef with a lot of beautiful fish. Before lunch, the tide is high and the red flag is hanging, before lunch it is changed to yellow, in the evening the tide is out, the baths become smaller and very warm, you lie and bask.
The hotel itself is beautiful, located very close to the sea, has a large territory, a beautiful well-maintained landscape.
The rooms are large, well decorated, the furniture is tired and the bed linen is especially disappointing (gray, as if not fresh). Room cleaning does not depend on the dollar, but on the personal responsibility of the staff. It is better to ask the reception for everything, then everything is fast and high-quality. The safe is free, and so is the wifi. There is a router in the room, it catches perfectly. There is Internet throughout the territory, even on the beach, but a worse signal.
The restaurant is good, there is always a large selection of dishes, beef, fish, chicken, 2 times there were shrimp with squid on the grill. Everything is very tasty and always fresh. An employee walks with a device - checks the temperature of the dishes. The sweet table is delicious. From fruits: melons, watermelon, dates, oranges, grapefruits, pomelo, apples, bananas. I liked the cola from the drinks, the real one, the tea is only packaged and the alcohol is terrible.
There are a lot of animators, they make fun as much as they can, they try, but there were no cool shows. 1 time there was a fire and 1 time there was a yogi with glass. They invited us to a foam disco for $ 7, we did not go.
There are many shops and pharmacies nearby.

Necessarily beef and chicken and fish are all in different versions. As a result, about five meat dishes come out. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. 2 adults and 2 children. There was a large room in single-storey houses not far from the beach. They checked in early, paid $ 32 extra for late check-out (of course, you could hang out in the lobby for free). The food was good, you could find something new every day. Beef, chicken, and turkey are made from meat. Fish every day, for 10 days they gave crabs once and squid once. They say that the hotel is tired and fiddling with cosmetic updates, but we did not pay attention to this. The territory is also cool. In the evening, children's animation and shows, a stage next to the bar. The Internet is in every room, fast enough. In addition to the main restaurant, there are two restaurants by appointment, but we did not go there, the fish menu is in the photo. In general, a solid 5.

We had a vacation with a friend in August 2024. A wonderful hotel, with the sea, of course, like everywhere else in Charm, it doesn't matter. But the hotel compensates with excellent service, food, animation (Maga and the team are just a miracle). The hotel is next to the sea. I had a rest in July. It's cool in the evenings, it's hot in the afternoon. The staff is smiling and sociable. Drinks are poured, beer is diluted and poured. As an inexperienced person, I had something to eat. The crabs were the same, the fruits were meager and raw. The children ate only grapes. Mango was not from the word at all. Watermelon was given twice a week. They give me ice cream - I liked it. However, one day the device did not work and produced some kind of miracle yogurt. In general, do not wake up hungry. According to the animation, it was rotten both on the coast and by the pool. Evening discos..... There are none. A man twisted some kind of skirt every other day and that's it.
The corals and fish are magnificent. We admired it several times a day. The pier is long, you will have to stomp your feet. Near the shore at low tide, only hermit crabs and hairy stars are not a very pleasant sight.

I'm leaving today and I can say that we flew 8 days in a wonderful, beautiful place with friendly and patient staff. Cons - slightly warm water in the room, decently worn Beach towels, furniture could also be replaced, there is no animation for children. And the rest is just pluses. The sea is wonderful, the area is beautiful with many exotic plants, the cleanliness is perfect, the food is varied and delicious. I rested both body and soul. I will return next year with my children and grandchildren, God willing!

We stayed at this hotel from 30.09 to 10.10.24 a beautiful huge very green hotel with different recreation areas. I was very pleased that no one takes sunbeds from the night, whenever you get up, you will always find your place, or the guys are very smart, they will always help you in general, complete relaxation. We stayed at this hotel in June 2024, through anex tour, all inclusive, 10 nights, without children. In general, it's not bad, but it doesn't reach 5*.
What did you like:
The first one is coastal, 200 meters from the sea from the room. The lobby
is 400 meters from the sea. The beautiful well-maintained territory of the hotel, landscaping, a large swimming pool in the center with a bar and a small one for children, a little closer to the sea. There is a bar on the beach. We were satisfied with the nutrition, but we are not particularly picky about food. The staff is helpful and friendly. Active animation during the day, both on the beach and near the pool.
What didn't you like:
All alcohol is disgusting, it is impossible to drink. It's good that we brought it with us, well, we went to the store to buy more, although the quality is poor there. Evening animation is not interesting and the same thing ends at 23.00. I have not seen animation for children.The restaurant, which is supposed to be visited once every 7 days of stay, offers the same menu as the main menu of the hotel. For a fee, you can buy something not from the main menu, although this should not be the case with all inclusive. The point of going there is lost, there is tension on the part of the staff, in general, a minus for this. The room stock is outdated, but this is for picky people, everything works if it is broken and repaired.
About the sea:
In the morning, it is almost always windy at sea and there is a red flag hanging, it is forbidden to swim, only to sunbathe. After lunch, the wind subsides. During the day, the tide is out, it's enough for small children to wallow near the shore. Adults can swim normally only from the pier, there is a cliff 27 meters deep. It's very fun to swim with a mask, there are a lot of fish, the reef is beautiful and long in both directions. You swim along the edge, on a cliff, we liked it. Be sure to take a mask, the water is salty, it keeps on the surface without any effort on the part of the swimmer.
For a family holiday, a normal option, on a solid 3.

Everything was great. The first trip abroad with my son was amazing, gorgeous, in such a beautiful hotel. Where all the staff is friendly, some speak Russian, always smile and are ready to help. The Red Sea is gorgeous, the water is soft and transparent, there are two types of entrances to the sea: from the beach it is convenient to walk shallowly with children for a long time, and from the pier, corals and the marine underwater world are immediately visible there and in a mask. The food is good, my son started eating white rice and fish there. We really liked the rooms, everything is clean, cleaning every day. The territory is well maintained, the landscaping is beautiful, palm trees, different types of cacti, even petunias grow. The territory is being treated for mosquitoes, but they still sometimes were. The overall impressions are wonderful and only the best.

We were here in 2021, before NG 2022. Nice spacious rooms with beautiful Paninoes with birds, an intricately and not boring landscape on the territory. That year there was a super-great animation team, there was something to watch in the evenings. The food is good, quite varied. A very good built-in diving center (well, more precisely, the guys are just good; the reviews confirm by the way). I passed the OWD certification there, this year I went to them for an Advanced Open Water Diver, although the neighboring hotel where we stayed has its own built-in office. The minus is a weak WiFi in the territory, do not even count in the rooms, except very close to the main building. The general nuance of the whole area, regardless of the hotel itself, is the windiest shore of Charm, a strong current along the shore is always there - but since the bottom is like a "shelf, and then immediately a cliff", snorkeling with beautiful fish is very colorful.

We were at this hotel from 07.06 to 16.06. Well, this is definitely not a 5*. The territory, as we wrote earlier, is really large, employees are trying to monitor the landscape, but not quite successfully. At first they gave the room the old format, they didn't like the bathroom very much, so they paid $ 45 for 5 per night and moved into the 1st building with a new renovation, closer to the main "restaurant", which is very convenient in terms of location on the territory in conditions of 50 degree heat. It is very sad that the hotel cannot provide the vacationer with clean dishes! Glasses are just a nightmare! Unsanitary conditions! You don't have time to drink water, juice or "beer" so they are already pulling out of your hands, carrying you to the sink, rinsing you out and back to the bar! Without funds, with bare hands in running water. Which leads to taking medications for diarrhea and nausea every day. Otherwise, diarrhea cannot be avoided. The only option is to drink only bottled water directly from the bottle. BEER is generally TERRIBLE! They pour beer into dirty old keg bottles, plug them with old corks and take them to bars in boxes, and there they pour into creepy plastic reusable glasses an absolutely exhausted drink with a disgusting taste, which they call beer. In total, everyone goes to the store across the street for foam in cans. The wine, like all strong alcohol in the hotel, is simply terrible, you can only drink this without respecting yourself! in order to get drunk and forget! meal. Nothing special, tasty and memorable. You won't starve to death with one word. I was surprised that they never gave me whole fruits, all only in the form of a salad. This is an indicator of poverty. We never got ice cream, because they give it from 14 to 15 at the peak of the heat when everyone is sitting by the numbers. Don't go to the fish restaurant, it's slop! If you want to eat delicious and inexpensive fresh seafood, this is the FishMart restaurant in the old town, there is no alcohol, but it is not needed there. But it's very tasty and atmospheric there! You definitely won't regret it! The Italian restaurant in the hotel pleased me. Pizza is not really pizza, of course, but in general it is not bad. The animation is weak! The staff are smiling :) The beach is clean, which is good. The reef itself is not colorful, but that's enough for children. The best reefs are closer to the old town.

I strongly do not recommend it for family holidays with children (10.10-10.21.2024), because:
1. There are not enough sun beds on the beach, the Marina Pool (small pool) has 4 pieces in total, the Main Pool has a large pool, the sun beds are occupied from 7:00 in the morning. When we asked for a chaise longue for the second time, a chair was brought to us.
2. Olivos restaurant does not have time to set the tables for dinner, guests have to collect clean appliances themselves in the hall
3. Ice cream works from 13-16, at this time the children have a nap
4. The Beach Bar is open in truth until 17 pm, and not until sunset, as written in the hotel guide.
5. The reef is open very rarely, usually from 13-17, there are very few days when it is opened in the morning.
6. The children's room is open from 10:30-12:00 and from 15-17:30. The animator doesn't even speak English. He sits on his phone all the time.
7. Pools must be open for swimming from 8 a.m. But this is not true again, since they are cleaned until 9:30-45 and only after that time you can swim there.
8. The animation of the beach uses paints that do not wash off clothes without serious household chemicals.
9. Steal 2 new inflatable circles from us when we went out for lunch, this is the first time I've encountered this in 4 times of vacation in Egypt (in other hotels).
10. On the second day of rest at the bar by the main pool La Pergola at 22:00 they said that they had run out of alcohol.
For the first time, I came across a situation where I am waiting for my vacation in this "wonderful" hotel to end.

The territory of the hotel is simply Huge, even in the distance there is construction of other buildings, but this does not interfere with sleep, there is no noise. Meals for 4, do not wake up hungry. They gave out ice cream, but you can also buy it there. There was animation, but we didn't go. There is a pharmacy near the hotel that is not bad. There is a parallel street across the street where there are so many hotels and there are rows of shops with souvenirs, clothes, fruits. In general, everything is fine, BUT!!!)) it was in our room that one of the air conditioners broke down and it was painful to sleep for all 7 days, it will only be repaired before bedtime and after an hour it no longer cools. In general, the impression and mood are not much spoiled). The territory is well maintained.

The sea is clean, there is a gorgeous coral, along which a rope is stretched, which is very convenient for those who are afraid of depth, there is an entrance for children near the beach, it is better to take corals with you, the depth is not great. There are several swimming pools on the territory, only 3 , one very large, 2 for children. The animation is average, but again, yoga, aqua, foam party, children's discos, some other games, performances in the evening.

The hotel itself is decent, solid 4. The service is good. Rooms are cleaned daily. The rooms are old, but comfortable. There is free Wi-Fi in the room, you do not need to buy a SIM card. In airplane mode and with Wi-Fi enabled, nothing is removed from you. All managers are working. Wi-Fi calls also work. We had a hairdryer in our room, there were no declared bathrobes and slippers. There is a free safe. There is also a refrigerator. Bottled water was brought daily. The rooms are spacious. We had a bungalow with sea access, when we checked in we paid $45 extra, we wanted 55. Do not hesitate to bargain. Either accept what they offer. The main restaurant, which hosts breakfast, lunch and dinner, is large and clean. The food is almost monotonous (hot dishes and salads), you will try everything in a week. Alcohol is disgusting (all alcohol has the same taste and smell). Bring your own. Overall, we had a good rest.

I don't understand the people who might like him. Apparently these people are in Egypt for the first time and Parrotel beach is their first hotel, so they don't know what to compare it with and give it a 5.
The animation is the same here. Every day. The music is the same, I'm already sick. Animators are generally trash... Their stony, emotionless faces are depressing. There is no fun here. The room stock is old and tired. Public toilets are dirty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.
The most interesting thing is that the six couples we met here all say the same thing, that this hotel is very, very boring and won't come back here anymore.
The only thing that pleases the eye is its territory with grottoes and bridges. But for 320 thousand somehow I would like more than to contemplate the mainsail and bridges.

The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. I thought they were really old. No, it's okay! They paid $5 extra and settled us with a view of the small pool and the sea. Very cool! The territory is very large, interesting, and beautiful.
Food is for all preferences. Every day: fish, chicken, beef, vegetables, fruits, sweets, tuna twice, Duck, shrimp, crabs once.
The sea, as described, with the ebb and flow at the beginning. Then the reef. A slightly complicated descent, down the steps immediately into the depths. The people are swarming. We need to adjust. We had a rest at the end of May 2024, at early check-in we paid $ 50 for early check-in to a new renovated room with a view of the garden. They asked for $10 per night for a room with a sea view. We took a guided tour of the bathyscaphe, a yacht trip, with diving on the reef for $ 85 per person. Across the street, the same tour costs $ 35...
we had a late check-out, we paid $ 30 to stay in the room until 17 o'clock.

I always try to find the pros in everything and not focus on the cons, so I will write my honest review about my stay at this hotel.
On the day of arrival, we were escorted to the room by a typewriter, our luggage was picked up and immediately hinted at a tip, be prepared for this. We went into the room and began to inspect its condition: the furniture was shabby, the chandelier above the bed was stained, the bathroom and shower were dirty, the furniture on the balcony was peeling, the railing on the stairs was untreated, I accidentally saw 3 splinters in the palm of my hand, but this is half the trouble, when I began to inspect the bed linen, I was shocked by the fact how dirty it is, the towels in the bathroom are also stained, I'll attach a photo. It seems that the room was not prepared before our arrival.We called the reception and asked for a replacement, the staff immediately came to us and began to change the linen, what was my surprise that the new linen was also stained, but of course not like the first one, they began to change the third set, there were stains on it too, but I already said to leave it so as not to waste a lot of time for this. Is this level 5*? My husband and I exhaled and decided, okay, we'll survive with such underwear, the main thing is rest, and we only have to spend the night in the room. In the following days, our beds were made every day and clean towels and bottled water were brought to us. Wi-Fi was working in the room, which is a huge plus.
As for the food: for breakfast and lunch, everything is the same throughout all 9 days, for dinner there was a variety. In general, the food is normal. The drinks are not very good, the juices are very sweet, beer was poured into 200 ml cups, it is not bad, wine and everything else is impossible to drink.
The territory is large, the main pool is excellent, there were not enough sun beds for everyone.
The sea: the whole vacation in the morning was a red flag, after lunch the pier was mostly opened, there are a lot of people, everyone is jostling and it is impossible to calmly enter the sea and exit it to the pier. There is no sense of relaxation here. The underwater world is incredibly beautiful, be sure to take masks!)
Entertainment: the sea and the pool were closed at 18:30, the sun hadn't even set yet, okay, the sea, but the pool is so early, it's not clear. Animations are weak: in 9 days we got to 2 foam pool parties and everything else was very boring. Even on the territory of the hotel they sold parties on the beach for 7 bucks, I didn't understand it at all, we have everything included, where do paid parties in the common area come from? A question for the hotel management. The bar is open until 23, alcoholic drinks are poured with a dissatisfied face and not even if you take more than 2 cups of 200 ml. Then everyone sleeps like in kindergarten.
There are also not enough sunbeds on the beach, the entrance to the sea near the shore is covered in stones, you can only go knee-deep.
In general, the hotel pulls at 4 * due to the territory and food, you would not visit this hotel a second time, it is boring and it is normal not to swim in the sea.

Apparently, there's a whole family of them under the roof. After two nights of torment, we were given a luxurious room, thanks to the administrator, without any additional charges. The room was located on the right side of the territory, and the windows looked inside the territory. There are fish in the sea, but the waves do not allow you to relax on the water. There is a rope that you can hold on to at the pier, because there is also a current. The next pier is quieter. For small children, it's generally super, they can splash around the shore. It's small, and you won't worry too much about them. Sharks will not swim to the shore, they will not give petrified corals that are level with the water level and that are located after the bathing children's area. And beautiful fish swim up to the shore too.
