The girl called and said they would bring it. I came to pick up the engine, but there is no boat, and it wasn't their girlfriend who called me. As it turned out, the order for the boat was sent to the partner store (without telling me). A week of waiting and they can't bring her. A call from another online store "partner" with a delivery date in a week. They brought it. As a result, the delivery is +40 rubles, the cost of the boat is +160 rubles. These are the partners.

I ordered a ProfMarin 320 els boat on the website (half a book + stringer). I called by phone and confirmed the order, asked the manager if there was exactly such a boat as in the description on the website. He confirmed, yes, there is a half-book + stringer. The next day, the courier calls, says we can't bring it, we will send it by business mail to Minsk. I say you don't need to send it by mail, take a meeting to Minsk at any point, I'll pick it up. In the evening, the courier calls, says I'm in Minsk, I brought the boat. I'm going to the courier to pick up the boat at the agreed place. The courier unpacks the bag, I see the boat is not the one I ordered, the wrong floor. I tell the courier that the floor in the boat does not match the description on the website. This weirdo answers me -"Why do you need a half-book + stringer?" I brought you a better one" (collapsible soldering iron with stringers. I'm saying I don't need one. And then he started talking nonsense about the fact that he has been selling boats for 15 years and knows better about it, and in the end he did not find anything smarter than to say -"the manufacturer reserves the right to change the configuration of the boat)) This weirdo also made a ridiculous attempt to be rude to me)) In general, the summary is as follows: either I specifically tried to sell stale goods, or they don't look at what they load in the warehouse.
