Праздновали день рождения ребёнка и остались очень довольны местом. Помещение полностью соответствует фотографиям в интернете. Выбирали место для просмотра семейного фильма, милая девушка-администратор помогла подключиться к проекту и колонкам, всё объяснила и показала, так что просмотр состоялся. Цена на сайте соответствует реальности. Имеются микроволновка, холодильник и чайник, wi-fi работает хорошо, есть отдельный санузел. Также предоставляется одноразовая посуда по количеству человек. Помещение полуподвальное, но внутри комфортная температура и не душно. Отдельно хочется отметить почти молниеносные ответы менеджеров в телеграме, вопросы решаются очень оперативно. Перед началом мероприятия и после него подписали акты приёмки помещения. Посещением мы довольны, рекомендую

I liked everything very much, I celebrated dr in the Hollywood room. There was enough space for 9 people, a lot of space for dancing, there are tables, a refrigerator, a wardrobe for outerwear. Convenient connection to the projector and good sound. All the guests were satisfied, we will visit the rooms in the future!

We celebrated Halloween in a Sunny Loft and were satisfied! The room is semi-basement, but there is both a hood and a heater, so it was comfortable to be there. I liked that the room was cleaned and smelled nice. Very polite manager and administrator, explained and showed everything. Appliances and furniture are in good condition. I recommend

Праздновали день рождения! В большой комнате (с проектором). Предварительно съездили на просмотр (хорошее расположение). Наши ожидания совпали с реальностью. Все как на фото. Порадовал бонус -15% при заказе от 5ти часов. Брали как раз на 5 часов. Понравилось то, что нам никто не мешал. В нашем случае все было окей с вентиляцией и прочим. Администратор Владимир (молодой) все сразу показал и объяснил как всем пользоваться. После был на связи по мелким вопросам. Порадовало наличие полноценного санузла. И такая бональная техника как чайник, холодильник и микроволновка. Также нам рассказали, что можно дополнительно заказать приставки и прочее + аниматор возможен. Но мы по старинке играли в настолки + караоке. Вижу, что есть негативные отзывы, но в нашем случае вопросов не было. При необходимости еще раз сюда пойдем.

Праздновали мальчишник. Всё очень понравилось. Боялся отзывов, позвонил, поговорил, объяснили, что да, были отключения вентиляции (Подрядчик ТАПАС), но теперь перебоев почти не бывает. Встречал молодой парень Владимир. Скромный и аккуратный. Нас просили оплатить онлайн, всё так и сделали. Помещение -1 этаж парковки. Кайф в том, что можно банально пошуметь и оторваться, не прибегают администраторы и не дурят голову. Мусор что смогли убрали, остальное оставили, нас никто не отчитывал. Есть вопрос с поиском здания, т.к. на самом паркинге укажано Коласа 3 и рядом длинное здание тоже Коласа 3. Паркинг находится во внутреннем дворе, после шлагбаума слева. Узнали потом, что открывается ещё одна комната, чисто для двоих, приду туда с сестрой, на режисерку Властелина колец, ждите нас) Если подвести итог: в центре минска можно оторваться одна из самых маленьких цен +- цена/качество, если не цепляться к мелочам.

В последний момент решили переиграть план по проведению новогоднего корпоратива и остановились на это месте. Перечислять сколько косяков здесь - не хватит просто символов в отзыве. Очень жаль что мы повелись на фото на сайте , ибо из за предновогодней суеты просто не хватило времени заехать и посмотреть всё своими глазами. Настроение было испорчено сразу в первую минуту , ибо администратор (пожилой мужчина лет 70) просто поверг нас в шок: ничего нельзя , за собой убрать (мы люди культурные и сделали бы это даже без его уточнения), но тон который мы услышали в наш адрес от него - такое ощущение что мы не клиенты, а просто не понятно кто. Никакого договора о сдаче помещения , никаких чеков, весь учет ведется в тетрадочке как из школы. Цены на сайте одни - по факту оказалось что «Вы не понимаете, это другое». Но если дать мужчину сверху деньгу в карман то можно будет гудеть хоть до утра. Извините, но мы даже приехав в 21:00 даже не смогли досидеть до часу ночи. Одним словом, категорически не рекомендую связываться с этими аферистами.

Категорически не советую это место. Начиная от работы менеджеров, заканчивая организацией помещения - абсолютно наплевательствое отношение. 1. Цену на сайте указали 40 рублей (за неделю внесли предоплату). По факту в комнате оказалось, что 55. Внятно так и не объяснили почему повысили 2. Главным условием было возможность курить кальян. Заверили, что можно. По факту: вытяжка не работает, кальян нельзя! 3. На фото якобы есть Плейстейшн. На месте оказалось, что «есть, если свой принесли» - так дедуля-менеджер сказал. 4. Хамские ответы и по телефону, и на месте. Осторожно, могут и отчетать за опоздание (даже если вам за 30). Терпением никто из работников не отличается 5. Оказалось, что время ожидания 30 минут (такой инфы нигде не указано) 6. Все денежные вопросы решаются прямо перед гостями на столе (и на нервах) 7. Туалет грязный как на вокзале, можно прилипнуть к полу навсегда)) Молодые люди, название не соответствует реальности. Рекомендую назваться «Шарашкиной конторой». Так будет честнее к вашим клиентам.

Были, не понравилось. Никому не порекомендую. Это кошмар. Подробности ниже. 1. Помещение в подвале! Если бы нам заранее об этом сообщили, мы бы сразу отказались от такого варианта 2. В помещении НЕ РАБОТАЕТ вентиляция! Вы в своём уме? Прибавьте к этому подвальное помещение и стойкий запах мокрого бетона и цемента. Нормально прошли пожарную инспекцию? 3. Обслуживание на уровне ниже плинтуса. Мужчина администратор хамил, отчитывал, а в итоге пытался нам навязать "по сниженной цене" продление до утра, что бы ему не ехать закрывать. Позор. Если бы нас было меньше и мы не пришли с пакетами еды, то уехали бы сразу, но попали в ситуацию, когда пришлось закрыть глаза и остаться. 4. Никакого договора, никакого чека, никаких гарантий. Налоговой не боитесь? С таким отношением она к вам скоро заглянет.
