For registration of a biometric passport, 400 UAH is charged on top + 200 UAH for insurance, which can be waived. I thought that this money was taken for good organization and quick work. But they can't cope with queues at all, the organization is terrible. I was in the queue about 15th. I waited an hour and a half for the documents to be submitted, then another 3 hours in the photo queue. No electronic queue, just a live queue. After submitting the documents, you are called by your last name to be photographed. The queue in the photo practically does not move, then the program does not work, then there are left-wing people without a queue who submitted documents yesterday. You may not be called at all, but simply forgotten! After the 5th person who was behind me was called in front of me, I asked why I was not being called. The answer startled me: "I don't know, we missed it!" This is despite the fact that my documents were on top of their desk! In fact, the "service" consists only in the availability of comfortable sofas and a water cooler, but whether it is worth 400 UAH is up to you.
