If inadequate or aggressive customers of the trading house are attacked, none of the employees will help. And the director, who looks very old, will grin and say, “we don't have to protect you or call the police, you need to call them yourself,” and that's the style of his rhetoric. It's a very dangerous place to visit. I am posting a photo of a hand with wounds received from an inadequate aggressive customer of the Passage shopping center during his visit. As indicated, there was no assistance from the director and his staff to protect against the attack, and most importantly, basic care for the wounds received.
