Instead of helping people, they just drag out time, mislead and outright deceive. They don't know how to talk to visitors. It seems that they are doing a favor rather than providing public services. Such an attitude towards people is unacceptable.

Yes, it took more documents than it is written on the Internet, but employees know better what they need, so I collected everything without any problems and brought it (a photocopy of the birth certificate and a photocopy of the parent's passport and a photocopy of the mother's marriage certificate (about changing the surname) came up).
