We came with the children to the opening to register in our own apartment. There was an electronic record. Due to the lack of clear information and the complete unwillingness of the staff to help in any way, they left at the third hour, without having achieved what they wanted. Well, as for me, there are not particularly problems with queues. I was there 2 times: the first gave my passport to get registration, the second took it and issued a social number. The first time I waited no more than 15-20 minutes in the morning for my turn after making an appointment, the second time the queue was not needed, the window was free and the passport could be picked up without waiting in line. Of the disadvantages, except that there are no pointers in Russian, and in general pointers and adequate instructions on what to do in various situations. For example, I had to read an article in the immigrant community to understand that a passport can be picked up without waiting in line in the same window where I applied for registration. Russian Russian and English translation is available at the terminal for issuing coupons, and the employees themselves speak Russian.

Very poor service. By appointment via the website, they can be accepted in another window for a certain time and after 1-2 hours of waiting in another queue. Employees are in no hurry at all and at the end of the day they may not accept and ask to come tomorrow...

It's a disgusting place. I came for the first time, I asked the employee (there's one girl and that's it), she doesn't know anything and can't tell me anything, she came today, incredible queues, they can't really explain to take a paper voucher or an electronic one, no one can help. Incompetence comes first here. If you want to stay here all day and leave with nothing, then you are welcome here. Otherwise, go to another passport office.

Yandex ignores me about the location of the passport office. In fact, its coordinates are 40.199888, 44.558136, it is nearby. About the queue. There is an early one app, sign up through it. Come and take the ticket through the terminal according to the application data. Yes, that's the system, but the queue is past. There are always queues, you just have to accept it, or go to Davtashen🤷 Photo of the application for social cards. You will need to fill it out in Armenian.

I want to thank the employee of the passport office from 4 windows, a competent and fast employee. Unfortunately, the advantages of the Nor Nork passport office end there - huge queues, possibly due to a shortage of employees, not the most convenient schedule and the lack of an electronic record takes too much time to solve a simple registration issue.

Very poor service.The employees are messing around and doing everything sooo slowly and reluctantly.The attitude towards proud citizens is disdainful.I do not recommend anyone to go there.And I suggest that the ministry update the entire team, headed by the boss!

There are huge queues not only because of the large number of visitors, but also because lunch for some workers starts at 11 a.m. - it becomes clear by the smell that they have started to warm up the food. It can be seen that some of the employees diligently depict violent activity, hello to the specialist in the first window!

No one wants to work, 1 window is open during the break, 1-2 the rest of the time, everyone doesn't care about their duties. One can say that you need a coupon to receive a document, and the other will say that no, they do not understand what they are doing

A disgusting institution We have been standing since 9:00, the workers are working very slowly. The worst thing is that with everyone now at 12:12 , 3 workers (who have a Turk in their hands, who have glasses) went to drink coffee apparently, although the lunch break is from 14:00-15:00 🤦🏻
