I paid 3.5 rubles extra for coffee with lactose-free milk.. I have not seen such surcharges anywhere yet, they ask for a ruble at most or no surcharges at all. The hot bumble was made with cold juice. There was trouble with the drinks, I won't come back.

Today I ordered a classic croissant with pistachios and black tea with me. Overall, it's not bad, the pastries are fresh. But they mixed it up and gave me the wrong thing that I ordered. The receipt was re-punched. You will have to wait for a refund for an incorrectly made order by an employee.

The croissants were 100% not fresh. Probably not even yesterday's. There are ottomans and stools in the hall near the tables, it is uncomfortable to sit. Cappuccino was served even without a saucer - cup on the table. The girl at the checkout couldn't figure out for a long time what to do and how to do it.

Your bakery appeared recently and we immediately fell in love with it. We have already tried quite a lot of your assortment. In our opinion, your pastries are undoubtedly the best among other bakeries. Your croissants are something!!Our whole family is crazy about them, they are sooooo delicious, I buy at least 3-4 pieces all the time and they all go away at once) We were very pleased with the work schedule, you work from 7 in the morning, it is very convenient that you can stop by before work and buy fresh sweets) They also gave me a discount card + cashback!

First, yesterday's, okay, let's close our eyes to the fact that yesterday's pastries in the bakery are at a standard price, to the fact that the shelf life of freshly baked croissants is 12-18 hours, maybe it will still be delicious. It's cold, okay, I asked you to warm it up once. I break it up, it's just as icy inside. I asked to warm up 2. Warm on top, cold glued dough inside ((( there is no question of any airiness, lightness, puff pastry. Cold glued dough inside. The classic croissant is the hallmark of the French bakery. And with such business cards you show the level of the institution. After such a "croissant", you involuntarily draw conclusions about other products. And not the best. When asked to give a book of reviews and suggestions, the barista replied that there was no such thing, and offered to write on Instagram. Wrote. The answer is blurry and vague, that croissants contain a huge amount of oil, so they are heated up. Yes, they are warming up, and they should look like a fresh croissant, but not in this pastry shop. If you want to try a real French classic croissant and get a disgusting impression forever, so that you never want them again, then welcome to Pate.

When I was sitting at a table, the barista took out orders to other visitors of the institution and constantly offended me) my friend forgot to pour espresso into a halvic raf, and the jelly that we took to take away to walk on a frosty evening with a childhood drink was more like sweet water for ~ 7 rubles (I don't remember the exact price). Sooo slow service!
They didn't remember the order, they didn't write it down ... they went and asked "what did you order"!
The fact that they placed the order "with you" - the waiters forgot about it at all!!! A tray of food was brought, and when we made a remark that We were making an order "to take away! Take it with you!"
They offered to pour coffee into a cup and maybe you can eat here? 👍
And another very important point: for some reason the tables nearby are not cleaned!!! (there was no workload)
