Worst hotel experience in thailand for us. They takr cash deposit and do everything in their power to not give it back again. Gym equipments are extremely old, staff especially the lady at reception was rude. Would not recommed anyone to spend money/time there.

The hotel is generally not bad. The staff is friendly, they clean often, the price is quite reasonable. But the breakfasts are not very good, they are more designed for locals and Indians. The pool is 120 cm deep, for children only if they splash around. The toilet is separated from the room by sliding semi-open doors, so the smell and sound from the toilet goes into the room, it is inconvenient

The hotel is located next to Patong Beach. The rooms in the hotel are spacious, but the furniture is not new and Wi-Fi is not available in the entire room. I liked the breakfasts.
