Worst hotel experience in thailand for us. They takr cash deposit and do everything in their power to not give it back again. Gym equipments are extremely old, staff especially the lady at reception was rude. Would not recommed anyone to spend money/time there.

The hotel is generally not bad. The staff is friendly, they clean often, the price is quite reasonable. But the breakfasts are not very good, they are more designed for locals and Indians. The pool is 120 cm deep, for children only if they splash around. The toilet is separated from the room by sliding semi-open doors, so the smell and sound from the toilet goes into the room, it is inconvenient

I liked the hotel. On the ground floor, each room has access to the pool, the rooms are spacious, cleaning every day. There is an air conditioner, a kettle, a TV (I did not find Russian channels), a refrigerator, we did not have a hair dryer in our room (I do not know if there is one in all rooms), but it was very lacking. The breakfasts are not very varied, but there was something to eat and you can also feed the child. You can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel for a fee, in my opinion the prices are not much different from the nearby cafes. Although the hotel is located on a party beach, we did not notice the noise and hubbub, it is quiet and peaceful. There are a lot of mosquitoes, it's better to grab something from them. You can order a taxi at the hotel, for example, we ordered to go to the store, to Big Buddha Mountain, to another beach (they took us, waited until we bought and took us back, respectively, hourly payment), etc., you can purchase excursions. There are a lot of cafes near the hotel, the sea is a minute walk away, 7 elevators, laundry, pharmacies, exchanger, spa. There is no spa in the hotel itself. There is a swimming pool throughout the hotel, for children and adults, in the adult the water was constantly at 120 cm. Fountains are turned on, and lights are lit at night.

If you order a massage at the hotel, immediately specify where it will be done for you. In my case, they did not say that the salon at the hotel was closed for repairs and the massage therapists would come directly to the room. Therefore, my family should retire somewhere for this time, and I ordered a full-body massage for 2 hours. Anyway, I had a fight and refused.

The hotel is not bad, but very expensive. There is some kind of desolation. Before, about 10 years ago, it was probably more decent here. There is dirt near the hotel, the pool bar is not working and there is devastation on the ground floor in the rooms from the street. And most importantly, they do not return forgotten things, although after vacating the room we were in the lobby for another 2 hours. I do not recommend it.
