The first thing I would like to note is that this hotel attracted me with a very bad review on one of the tour operator's aggregators. And I just wanted to understand what the author wrote about in his review. After relaxing at this hotel, I realized that the author confused 3 European stars with 3 Asian ones! And believe me, there is a significant difference between Europe and Asia. Well, as for the rooms: the furniture is certainly not modern, but everything you need is there. It is clean, bright, every day the soap is replenished, water (do not throw away only glass bottles, they can be fined), tea, coffee, toilet paper. Towels were changed daily. Cleaning is done every day. There is a safe in the room (the laptop fits there). By the way, you can smoke on the balcony (there is an ashtray in the bathroom for this). There is a moment in the shower - there is a shower without hoses with a watering can, so if you have small children, it will most likely create some inconvenience for you. There's just a shower head sticking out of the wall at the top, the most you can do with it is to turn left/right. About the dining room: we took only breakfast (so as not to be tied to the hotel), there was enough food, although monotonous, but we did not stay hungry. The food containers were replenished as they were emptied. I can't say that there are a lot of people, but for a couple of days it was like they were looking for a free table (but this is not critical, they are quickly released). In terms of the territory: the hotel has a large one. There is a water park on site, the cost is paid separately at the turnstile at the entrance (200 baht per person). But for our 600 rubles, this water park is a credit. Although we are not children, we rolled down the slides there! The water park is located between the beach and the hotel, so it's not a fast 5 minutes walk to the sea. There is also a monorail from the hotel to the water park (for lazy people), a trip on it is also paid separately at the ticket office upon boarding. There is a Malomalsky amusement park on the territory, paid separately. The hotel grounds themselves are very green, quiet and peaceful. The location of the hotel is good, you will go to the right - to Russian street, to the left - to the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The 7/11 grocery store is a 3-minute walk away. Food/drink can be brought into the hotel itself (except durian). Beach towels are given out, the main thing is to return them before 19:00. The reception understood us, we just scored in the translator what we needed, they showed them and voila. There are also biblioglobus staff at the hotel (for excursions), but we asked them on Whatsapp even what does not concern their work, and they never ignored us. So for 3 Asian stars, in my opinion, this hotel has justified itself! And the most important thing for everyone is - with what mood you will go on vacation, so you will spend it!

The water park is weak. the pool is probably for children - I saw the maximum mark - 1.2 m. There is no air conditioning at the reception, only a fan (or not included). The staff is helpful, but almost no one speaks Russian, and everyone speaks 6a broken English at the secondary school. There are many Chinese tourists in the hotel. The breakfasts are monotonous. One day, a huge cockroach ran into the room, and we quickly evicted it from the room, catching it and throwing it off the balcony. The room has a safe, an old TV with one Russian-language channel, and related furniture for living. Near the hotel there is a night market, shops and cafes, the most profitable currency exchange. The only plus is the gorgeous view from the balconies! The food got even worse, in fact, they had breakfast only with watermelons (and half of them were rotten) and pastries. The rooms were just indecently tired after so many years! It probably hasn't been repaired since it was opened in '85. The humidity in the rooms is simply unreal! There's really a layer of water on the floor. All the things were instantly saturated with moisture, the documents were all washed up, I had to go to get them in bags.
