A small cafe, take & go format, bulky chairs, tables nearby, if you are lucky with the company, you can sit and look at the Philharmonic hall and the street, but in general it is not the most cozy place, bathrooms are equipped, clean, but 1 for everyone, and 1 for people with disabilities (which for some reason is closed for key ), as a result of the queue, it is difficult to visit the bathroom with a child, but there are tables for children, pencils and a drawing sheet, coffee 3.5/ 5, as usual, the machine makes cool, apparently it is impossible to understand the production technology with the mind now)

We walked in like we were in a funeral home . Everyone is kind of gloomy, dissatisfied. The cappuccino coffee I ordered was not even warm, but generally cold. The buns with chocolate were " oak " . They didn't even offer to warm us up. And the prices ... from the field of fiction . Apparently , it is calculated that there is nothing nearby , and the place is very passable . Clarification - not a bun but a puff pastry with cherries. The plastic looked like a broken piece of packaging, if you order pf somewhere, ask the supplier. I didn't address the staff, they all look at me somehow, as if the guest owes them something, I didn't want to spoil my mood by communicating with them. I'm not making any claims, I'm giving you feedback, what to do with it is up to you.

I came in with friends, on a day off, in the evening. The hall was almost empty, but the girl at the checkout was still incredibly unhappy, apparently that she needed to do something at all.
To the question "What drinks do you have besides coffee?", the girl just poked her hand at the menu, clicking as if I come every day and ask her about it.
And to the next question, "Do you have any cocoa additives?" she rolled her EYES and replied, "There are some," after which I thanked her for her time and left.
I think there is no need to say that such people should be fired immediately and, in general, take a more responsible approach to employees.
Not only was I left without food and drink, because I would not give money to such an employee, but they also spoiled my mood.
It would not be superfluous to say that I CATEGORICALLY do not recommend this institution, since such workers spoil all the good things that can be in it at all, which means you will just waste time and mood.
While such workers will be present on the ground, and the management will not monitor this, there is no point in coming here at all.
