The international franchise "Paul bakery/café" has opened an establishment in Tashkent. And due to this exclusivity and the lack of a competitive environment, the institution keeps quite high prices. Nevertheless, there are always a lot of visitors, especially locals, as the atmosphere and interior are strikingly different from local establishments, such a piece of Europe in Central Asia. The main uniqueness of this establishment is the bakery, which has no complaints: everything is fine here and even, one might say, excellent. However, the prices on the cafe's menu are significantly inflated for dishes of fairly average quality. And at the same time, the owners position it as a restaurant. The bakery deserves a high rating, the cafe is satisfactory, but it is completely incorrect to call this place a restaurant.

A very worthy place in Tashkent. Honestly, you can feel the level from the first step. The interior is calm, neat, with a real French atmosphere, without unnecessary pathos. It is suitable for breakfast, for a business meeting, and just to sit quietly. I ordered a croissant with egg and sauce — the serving is beautiful, the taste is balanced, everything is fresh. Baking is a separate plus, you can feel the quality. Tea is served in branded dishes, the little things are thought out. The service is polite, without pressure, which is rare.
