I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff were inattentive and unfriendly, it took them forever to bring the order, and the service overall was very poor and without respect. The food itself was disappointing — not tasty and of low quality. The worst part is when I once ordered pasta arrabbiata, I found an actual piece of wood in the dish. Completely unacceptable. Definitely do not recommend this place.

I would give the service here not 1 star, but 0 if I could. My uncle and mother, both over 60, visited this café and were treated with shocking disrespect. The waiter literally threw the menus at them and ignored them for a long time. My uncle eventually had to approach the cashier just to place an order. Instead of apologizing, the waiter decided to “clarify the relationship” with them in a confrontational way. Even the manager showed no professionalism and failed to handle the situation properly. This is absolutely unacceptable service. Such behavior doesn’t just ruin a guest’s day — it damages the café’s international reputation. Staff choice matters, and here it was a disaster!

The coffee and croissants here are simply delicious. If you are looking for a decent alternative to Costa Cafe, Paul is an excellent choice. I would especially like to mention their raf – I have never tasted such delicious food anywhere in Armenia. Special thanks to Andrey for the excellent level of service. I recommend this cafe to all lovers of good coffee!

We were at this point Paul twice - both times the service was very long, the waiters did not notice and did not react after reminders. The second time they even asked for coffee and pasta with them - the coffee was ready a long time ago, no one told us about it, the barista was laughing with the waitress on the side. No one gave away the pasta at all for 10 minutes. As a result, the coffee was cold. The staff is unfriendly, but it's the same at another point.
