I didn't like the apartment (on Mayakovsky 24). We stayed there for three nights, in July 2024. The house is old. A peculiar smell in the entrance. There was a problem with the toilet, which the administrator solved only on the third day, and then, to put it mildly, not very much. The bathroom has a defective shower cabin, partially with a curtain instead of a door. There are no towel hooks, large towels are constantly falling down. !!! Hot water from a gas column, which works disgusting (I have something to compare it with, I also used other gas columns). It's unrealistic to wash up: It's hot, then it's cold. The clothes dryer is located in the bathroom, drilled to the wall, which slows down drying, since it is humid there. The administrator promised to leave the change of the amount when the plumber arrives, but did not leave it (yes, there is a trifle there, Muscovites can not worry), but it is still unpleasant, because she promised and the money could be useful to pay for public transport. The repair requires an update (photo attached). The sofa we slept on is crumbling all over, artificial leather, it's better not to lean against (otherwise all clothes and body will be in these pieces of leather). There is only one plus: the location, almost on the corner of a pedestrian street, and amazing breakfasts at Cafe Time nearby. A few days earlier we rented an apartment in Grodno, everything was fine there. And the distance of 20 minutes on foot to the center was compensated by good conditions in the apartment.
