Everything is cool, comfortable, fun, all conditions for a comfortable pastime, the staff is appropriate, cleanliness is maintained, you can relax, BUT there is no air conditioning, which greatly worsens the impression, after being indoors for 30 minutes you start sweating very much, and you need to constantly go out to breathe fresh air and cool down. Probably the only drawback, since in addition to the situation there are still a lot of nice buns like bring a friend and a paid taxi ride, the first time I see this, I am extremely impressed with it. In general, everything is cool, but the conder, or rather his absence, spoils everything 😢

We had 2 hours of free time, so we decided to pass them away. Everything started as usual, we chose computers and sat down, we look: the latest update of the game is not installed, for a minute 50 GB (previously, this was monitored and the games were updated in a timely manner) I go up to the admin and ask where I can move, where it's been updated, and they say that Fortnite is rarely played, so I had to write in advance and ask for it to be updated (that's how the Sims are on almost all computers, so it's normal) They offered to compensate for the cost of waiting, which is already encouraging. Valorant was also not updated, pubg is not installed at all, in short, only dota and cs, it doesn't matter about the rest. we think, well, not fate, let's play Ps, but even here we were disappointed, they gave us a gamepad with a stick defect and you don't get any pleasure from the game anymore, when asked to replace the gamepad, since it has a defect, they said that all their gamepads are like that and they are waiting for something to be repaired...played for 7 minutes and left This is how the campaign turned out, now you know what you need to write in advance and find out about the latest updates, and also that it's worth checking if the gamepads are working, since no one warned us:)

The arena is always clean, computers and equipment are working properly, employees clearly know all their responsibilities and are always ready to provide immediate assistance if necessary! I am also pleased with the active participation of manager Herman, who helps the guys in all processes! The price tag for the services provided is quite reasonable! I highly recommend it
