A very respectable hotel! Delicious breakfasts! High-level staff, convenient location, what could be better for a holiday in the capital of Serbia! There is a very rich selection in the bar, spend evenings with live music!

Review of your stay at Pavillion Social Club Hotel, Belgrade, Serbia
Staying at the Pavillion Social Club Hotel left mixed impressions. The reception staff was polite, which was one of the few advantages. The hotel is conveniently located, a 15-minute walk from the main park, and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area, making its location ideal for exploring the city.
However, there are several disadvantages. The rooms have poor sound insulation, especially annoying that the balcony is shared with the next room, which reduces the sense of privacy and comfort. The room itself had an uncomfortable elongated shape and the noise coming from both the hallway and the street was extremely annoying. Problems with the shower, where constant blockages led to the fact that water flooded not only the bathroom, but also the carpet in the room, creating not only inconvenience, but also questions about the hygiene of the space.
Breakfast at the hotel also left much to be desired. Instead of the promised buffet, a limited menu was offered, the dishes from which were far from delicious. After the first time, we decided not to attend breakfast at the hotel at all. The main lobby was constantly smoky, despite the fact that Serbia allows smoking, the smell in the lobby was so strong that it created a feeling of discomfort. Loud music in the same space made it impossible to use it during the daytime for rest or work.
Room cleaning has also become a subject of disappointment. Despite the fact that we hung a sign asking not to be disturbed, one of the cleaners regularly broke into the room without knocking, which is an unacceptable violation of privacy. In addition, the presence of carpets everywhere in the hotel helped to retain the smell of tobacco, which made the atmosphere even more suffocating.
The advantages, such as food delivery through a service where orders were left at the reception, and a comfortable bed, although noticeable, could not completely outweigh the significant disadvantages. The morning noise from the crow and other animals, as well as the noise from the cleaners in the hallway early in the morning, made it impossible to have a comfortable rest.
In conclusion, although the hotel boasts a central location and courteous staff, shortcomings in the organization of space, quality of service and overall comfort seriously overshadowed the overall impression of the stay. I recommend paying attention to improving sound insulation, cleaning quality and service in the restaurant.
