I do not recommend this salon, I was at Oksana's master for an anti-cellulite massage, the administrator Julia persuaded me to take the course (she took 10 sessions), but after the massage there were large spots 4 times, asking to interrupt the course and refund the money, Julia replied that these were my problems and the money was not returned of course. I myself go to the gym regularly and am not prone to puffiness, massage is done unprofessionally and I don't give a damn about clients.

Everything seemed to be going according to plan, I've been doing keratin for 10 years and this has never happened. After the procedure, a photo/video of the result was taken in this salon, but the next day part of the hair is like a washcloth. After writing about it, they first told me that I didn't make sense well, well, OK, I guess you never know (although I've never encountered this). The same thing happened a day later, I looked closely, not all the hair was singed, but only selected strands. There is only one conclusion-this is mechanical damage with an iron, the master overdid it))) I don't recommend it, I ended up having to cut off 5 cm of my length, and in front, where the hair is thinner, I had to cut off about 8 cm. 😩 I am attaching a photo taken immediately after the procedure by the master, where everything is very beautiful and smooth, a photo the next day and after the haircut

I am extremely disappointed with the service in your salon. I signed up for eyelash lamination and received an SMS confirming the appointment and time from the salon. Arriving at the appointed time, the girl at the reception informed me that my entry was not displayed in the system, and they would not be able to receive me (the master was absent on site). I've wasted my time. It's a shame that your salon treats customers and their time so negligently.

I do not recommend this salon, I simply could not make an appointment. The administrator, Julia, behaved rudely, as if the administrator didn't care about the client. I found Oksana's director's number to discuss the administrator's work, to which the director replied that this was a completely normal administrator's job and said the quote "so you behaved badly as a client" It's terrible, girls, NEVER GO TO THIS SALON, this is the first time I've encountered such an attitude, there are enough salons in Minsk, take care of your nerves.
