Natalya Sysa, the hairdresser, talked to me in a very harsh way, instead of somehow resolving this situation, smoothing out the incident! An error occurred, perhaps the administrator did not hear, although I have been visiting this barbershop for more than 13 years, and they know perfectly well what services I use! Instead of being sympathetic and cultured, I was faced with contempt and misunderstanding! After that, I just left, because in such an oppressive and unfriendly atmosphere, you won't get pleasure from the service! Why such a disdainful attitude towards visitors! Does the Pavlinka barber shop really not value its reputation and treat regular customers so indifferently!? I don't intend to visit this place anymore, and I don't advise others, the prices are the same as in all hairdressers, but the service is sooo low! 👎
