Today I came to Pavva salon with my child to cut my son's hair. My child belongs to the special category. Master Nazira met us there. I didn't want to provide the service in the official Kazakh language. We came from abroad ourselves and wanted to receive the service in Kazakh. But Master Nazira rudely refused us that she did not want to speak the official language. Then, when getting a haircut, she treated my son rudely, pushing him by the back of the head, knowing that he belongs to the special category. And as a result, she cut her hair very badly, because of this, the child suffered psychological trauma. He doesn't want to take off his hat right now. I demand that the owners of the salon and the administration sort it out immediately and compensate for the damage that Master Nazira suffered.
