If you want people to come to you, you should have a conversation with your employees about knowledge of communication rules and politeness. This is the first time I 've encountered such an attitude . On February 3, 2026, I visited your pawnshop and wanted to clarify information about it, in particular, the working hours and phone numbers. At my polite request, the employee, who fancied himself the head of the pawnshop, refused to provide this information in a very rude manner. Highly not recommended!!!
