Now this hotel is my number one in Kash! We visited in December 2025. Many are closed, but the work is in full swing. The hotel consists of 4 buildings, 4 floors each with an elevator. A gorgeous hotel. It is clear that they are monitoring the condition of the premises, a good breakfast (buffet), there is a Russian-speaking staff. Literally 4 minutes from the beach clubs. The rooms are clean and cleaned every 3 days. During the peak season, it is quite quiet and comfortable here. There are beach blankets and hats at the reception.
