It's a pity it's impossible to put a lower rating. I have never met such uncivil, punctual and irresponsible people. A TV repairman was called to the house. They promised to be there in 2-2.5 hours. As a result, they did not arrive, did not call back, and they did not answer my call that day. The next day I call, apologize, promise to be around 17-18 hours. There are none. We're calling you back. They say they'll be there in 20 minutes. As a result, it's 8:30 p.m., they haven't arrived, and they're not answering their phones.
