The master arrived on time, satisfied my requests, except that he broke one of the cooler mounts when he put it back after applying thermal paste. When my son returned home, he saw that the cooler was just lying on the video card and was not fixed. I was unpleasantly surprised by the prices, but to be honest, I do not know the prices in this market. Installing an antivirus for November 2024 on one computer costs 40 rubles, cleaning the computer from dust and replacing thermal paste costs 50 rubles... I will not recommend this service to friends and acquaintances

I was extremely dissatisfied with this organization. Firstly, they took 30 rubles, as if for further repair (diagnostics) of the PC, while they did not issue a receipt. Although they write on the website, diagnostics is free. Then they will do everything within 1 day. As a result, they themselves could not fix the problem, they transferred the system unit to another person (without my knowledge) and with the expectation of diagnosis for at least 2 more days. Further, after installing the new component I bought, they demanded another 90 rubles for the work of the assembled system unit, dust cleaning, replacement of thermal paste on the processor, a total of 120 rubles, of course, all without checks for the work done. The paperwork for equipment repairs is still getting worse. The receipt for the delivery of equipment does not indicate what is in the PC (just the system unit), no seals, no full name of the person who accepts the equipment for repair, addresses and the name of the organization! After replacing the component, they did not give either a receipt for the work done or a receipt for accepting cash.
