Installing an antivirus for November 2024 on one computer costs 40 rubles, cleaning the computer from dust and replacing thermal paste costs 50 rubles... I was extremely dissatisfied with this organization. Firstly, they took 30 rubles, as if for further repair (diagnostics) of the PC, while they did not issue a receipt. Although they write on the website, diagnostics is free. Then they will do everything within 1 day. As a result, they themselves could not fix the problem, they transferred the system unit to another person (without my knowledge) and with the expectation of diagnosis for at least 2 more days. Further, after installing the new component I bought, they demanded another 90 rubles for the work of the assembled system unit, dust cleaning, replacement of thermal paste on the processor, a total of 120 rubles, of course, all without checks for the work done. The paperwork for equipment repairs is still getting worse. The receipt for the delivery of equipment does not indicate what is in the PC (just the system unit), no seals, no full name of the person who accepts the equipment for repair, addresses and the name of the organization! After replacing the component, they did not give either a receipt for the work done or a receipt for accepting cash.

After calling the employee, there was a conversation about where to deliver the TV, to which the answer was that they themselves go to the house, make diagnostics, and if they make repairs in the future, then diagnostics is free, if not, then diagnostics will be 10p. The time was set, and a young man named Alexey arrived, without any tools in his hands. Which immediately alerted me. As a result, the TV didn't turn on, he flashed a flashlight on the screen and said that he would try to make a full diagnosis today. The cost for the diagnosis was announced at 20p. In response to our surprise, it was said that 10p is for departure. As a result, the TV was taken away, and a few hours later we received a call that the power supply and the power outlet system were out of order. The repair period was announced in a couple of days, which we fell for. As a result, on the appointed day, this master calls in the evening and says that if you are at home, you are ready to bring a TV. Within an hour, we receive another call that after testing, the TV did not work... How is it if you're already calling to return the equipment, and then you're testing the TV? In short, it was said that the power supply had been replaced, but the backlight did not fit. We'll replace it with a new one tomorrow. And as a result, the daily promises began. The second day passed.. there is no call from them. We dial it ourselves - he says that they did not succeed, but tomorrow the TV will be 100% ready. As a result, a few more days pass, and no one picks up their phones. I write letters that are read but not answered. As a result, after some time, another specialist calls back and says that the spare part is not the right one. We are all waiting. As a result, repairs are delayed for almost another week after that. After that, it was decided to stop this circus and take the TV to another company for repair. Interestingly, another master revealed completely different problems on TV. And repairs were made in a couple of days. It is not known what exactly, and how much more the data would have been repaired by the would-be masters.

Your employees, having assessed the scale of the work, could immediately explain the situation (as you did in your comment), but they did not. Instead, we spent the whole day listening to promises that the master would come and do everything. The whole day was spent waiting. During this time, they could have found another person. Moreover, when calling the master, no one clarified the details, neither the configuration, nor the price, nor the scale of the work, it was simply said that yes, no problem, they would come and do it (it is your direct responsibility to clarify the details yourself). Not a single part of the PC was defective, but your "masters" tore off the threads on the racks, which I had already decided not to specify initially. As a result, other people assembled the PC for us and no one complained. Your comment has once again shown your incompetence.
