I brought an xbox one gamepad for repair. The problem was the following: the left stick was drifting, the menu button was not working, and some kind of plastic under the right stick was preventing it from spinning. On the left they said that 100% replacement (85p), on the right they will look. They called after half an hour and said that it was necessary to change the right one. By simple mathematics, we get 170p. I did not agree to change it because it was included in the price of a gamepad in excellent condition with a fan. After 10 minutes, they called and offered to invest in the previous budget, describing the technical side of the task - I agreed. In total, he gave 100 rubles to replace the button and, before leaving, clarified whether there would be a drift or other malfunctions with verses in the next couple of months, to which he received a negative response. At the moment, about two weeks have passed, as a result: a small drift on the left stick and a medium drift on the right. They didn't give me a check or a guarantee. As a result, I do not recommend this workshop.

I wanted to repair the ps4. I came to them with an obvious problem (the power supply is not working, I had been doing diagnostics before). I explained everything to them. They call the next day and tell me that your power supply is not working and you will be charged 45p for diagnostics! That's how I know about it! As a result, after clarifying all the circumstances, the master returned the ps4 with dissatisfaction.
