Staff is rude and disrespectful. Made me wait 15 minutes for a USB cable, even though most of the workers were definitely not busy. Every single consultant ignored my questions, pretending like I wasn’t there at all. Cable didn’t work. If you want to buy anything in this store, check it twice before you pay. Worst service I’ve seen in Tbilisi so far.

To receive an online order, I was told to wait 20 minutes for the previous one in the queue to receive his order. When asked if it was possible to view my order in parallel so that I wouldn't have to wait any longer, they answered in the negative. After returning, I had to wait another 15 minutes for the only girl who issues online orders to return to her workplace. And another 10 minutes of waiting to get an answer that my order had somehow gone to another point (they offered to deliver it to my house for free, let's see if it gets delivered)
