When I was presented with a pdpd certificate, I thought that I needed to come to a partner with it and exchange it for a product with a similar value. But no, it turns out that you need to come to the pdpd office, exchange the certificate of one of the partners and only then go to the partner. Well, this is really nonsense, convenience is being lost.
