The hotel is attracted by its location and green area. Kata Beach is about a 5-minute walk from Karon as well. There is a hotel shuttle service to Kata every hour. The entrance is very steep, but you can go up and down on a separate transfer. But walking is also quite normal.I liked the room on the 5th floor.The view from the window is super on Karon beach. I can hear the surf. Very quiet. The birds are chirping. The bed is very comfortable and large (not 2 pushed together). The hotel is quite old but in good condition. The territory will be united by 3 hotels and 4 swimming pools that can be used. There are a lot of plants, magnolias grow near the pool and the flowers drop into the water very beautifully. Breakfast is quite modest, but you won't stay hungry. Very friendly staff. They speak English and a little Russian. There are many cafes and massage parlors around.

There will be ants if you only scatter food in the room, especially sweet things, and do not let the cleaner in for 2 days. I think the optimal floor is 3,4,5. minuses: There was no view from the window, but it was getting dark at 7 p.m. so it didn't matter. It's a steep climb, but not much if you're not disabled, and even more so if you drive a tuk tuk. The main disadvantage: Keep 45-50 db on minimum power, take good wax / silicone earplugs. There are problems with hooks for towels and bathrobes in the rooms, there were three of us with the family and 1 hook in total in the bathroom. There are a lot of small ants in the room. It's a wonderful hotel, and if we have the opportunity, we'll definitely come back. The hotel is located between the two beaches of Karon and Kata. Several types of eggs, porridge, lots of different breads, yoghurts, fruits, Thai cuisine. I don't understand what people are picking on at all, it's a pretty decent Buffet. The staff is smiling, they will always prompt and help. The hotel is located on a mountain , I had to walk several times , it's fine from the mountain, but uphill … It's not particularly pleasant in the heat, but it takes a couple of minutes to get up, or you can wait for the hotel tuk-tuk. The guys driving are generally great, even if you're alone , they'll pick you up and take you down . There is a tuk-tuk to/from the beach every hour. The room is large, spacious, and well-cleaned . Towels and bedding were changed every 2 days, if necessary, then the towels themselves were suitable for me, including beach towels.

We stayed at the hotel from 12.03.25 to 25.03.25, a very modest and tired hotel, no more than 3 *. The reviews about dirty rooms and even cockroaches, which I personally saw in the hotel restaurant on a plate with ketchup at the omelette distribution, were confirmed!!! I noticed the staff, and the cockroach was removed by hand from the plate. When we checked in, the refrigerator was dirty, even with hair and leftovers from previous guests. There is no cleaning in the rooms, just a broom and that's it. Small ants in the room, especially on tables, bedside tables under the TV. The hill is steep on the ascent, but I always drove a shuttle. The bathroom and toilet are very poor, there are practically no doors between the toilet and the bathroom, there is not a single towel hook, everything was hung on the doors, very poorly thought out. There were no mosquitoes in the room, which pleased me. The breakfasts are as monotonous as they were written (one type of cheese is probably the cheapest, ham, inedible sausages, eggs, with a queue for omelets, yogurt, cereals, Thai soup, and one or two types of hot Thai food with chicken, vegetables, fruits (not always tasty). There are a lot of flies in the hotel restaurant. The location is good, both beaches are 5-7 minutes away on foot. A shuttle from the hotel takes you to the Kata beach (according to time). We mostly went to it, we liked it better there. We took one tour from the guide at the hotel ($ 100 per person), called the Land of Elephants, it seemed to us that it was not worth the money, and one sea tour, visited 2 islands of Racha and Coral, we already chose ourselves on the Internet on the advice of friends (cheaper, and not so tedious, very beautiful islands, paradisiacal views and the sea).

Without unnecessary demands and "gifts", they were settled two hours earlier in room 507 — with a view of the garden and two beaches, a large balcony and a picturesque bathroom. We washed the floors and changed the towels every day. For whom the "number of rooms is outdated" — it is better to go to Turkey and the UAE. One of the advantages is a large green area, two beautiful but small pools, Kata and Karon beaches are a 5 and 7 minute walk away. The hill on which the hotel stands is not as scary as it seemed from the comments (at least for the young ones). What the hotel has to work on is food. A good buffet breakfast is monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. Lunch / dinner was in the format of Thai cuisine sets (monotonous and not always delicious), while the European menu was promised to open for 7 days, but this never happened.

Minus: not enough light (as I understand the idea), the shower is not removable, there is no shelf for soap accessories, one hook for all towels. Location: excellent, two beaches are within walking distance, everything is nearby, just going down the hill, climbing up the mountain was sometimes difficult, but tolerable, a shuttle goes. The most important disadvantages that have happened in recent days: 1. We lived without air conditioning for three days. They constantly said: yes, we will fix it, but it was fixed only on the third day at night, after which it flowed all night and flooded the room a little. Since we don't sit in the room, we didn't care during the day, but at night it was uncomfortable without pre-cooling the room. 2. They added an extra position to the receipt for the bar, promised to sort it out every day, in the end they did not decide, each time we explained again what we had not eaten, they told us: we will figure it out, come tomorrow and so on in a circle. In the end, we paid, because we didn't want to spoil our mood and rest because of this situation and go every day and think about it. they imagined that they had left a tip) The rest is a comfortable hotel, delicious food, friendly staff. This is a chain of hotels, consists of three buildings and swimming pools, you can swim in any and eat on the territory of each, which changes the situation.

At the same time, there is a scheduled transfer to the beach and it is gratifying. Free of charge; there is also a shuttle service from peach blossom to the city area. It's very close, but the descent is very steep. - Kata Beach is 400 meters away, yarn cardboard is 600 meters away. To choose from. Better than other hotels! A comfortable soft bed. The linen was more or less new, it wasn't dirty. Towels were not always changed, sometimes they were neatly folded back. That's what the brain took out because we just confused them)) water, paper, bar - everything was replenished on time. What is very strange is the salon doors from the bathroom to the toilet)) it is impossible to close normally) During our stay, the toilet became clogged for no particular reason such as napkins and the safe broke. The safe was quickly repaired, although the lock had to be cut out, but they did not take compensation for this, as I understood it, this is a common problem. I do not recommend using the safe, we put the valuables in a suitcase with a lock and closed the balcony when leaving. The balcony is large, comfortable chairs. We were sitting late in the evening, listening to the sounds of nature, eating goodies from 7.11, which is very close to the hotel in the direction of Kata. A wonderful green area, the Windows overlooked the mountains and the Buddha - a fascinating view, birds sang, frogs and thunder rumbled. No extraneous noise. We lived on the 2nd floor, as convenient as possible - the shortest way to the restaurant and pools, as well as to the exit. The pools are not completely clean, but they are not dirty either, at 4 with a minus - a lot of litter falls from the trees. The sun beds are old, the tiles in the pools are chipped in some places and the Jacuzzis do not work, but all this does not spoil the overall atmosphere, silence and beauty of this place at all. The food for breakfast is varied and delicious! It's just great for Ty! The staff is polite and helpful. Clean enough. Everything is tired, but not raw and nasty. We rarely got down / up on a tuk-tuk, but we didn't mind such physical education), but it was definitely calm that you were on a hill at night (well, you understand me). Rather, his job resembles a travel agent who is only interested in income from travel arrangements and nothing else. Frankly, he forces me to take only his excursions. He does not advise, but rather forces and imposes. He even tried to manipulate me. He behaves very tactlessly and obsessively. But in general, the impressions are wonderful and the rest turns out wonderful.

For the second time, water appeared on the floor in my room, from where no one could tell, from somewhere under the wall. They offered to change the room, I refused because I was leaving soon and I was only sleeping in the room. The advantages are the location in the first place, quiet, green area, large rooms, balconies, corridors. Breakfast in the fresh air, a swimming pool where you can swim almost in proud solitude. There are no discos and other noises at night. I lived in rooms on both sides in the building where the reception is located, the view from the balcony is beautiful. To be honest, I would go again, I don't see any alternatives for my requests nearby, not in Kata, not in Kayron, not in Patong, (I traveled all along the coast). The disadvantages are described below by other tourists, I do not see the point in listing them. This is tolerable for me. In the photo there is a tuk-tuk that goes uphill, but it is one for 3 hotels., you have to wait and call the reception. In fact, for a healthy person, the slide is not a problem, in Yalta the slides are much longer and steeper.

Cleaning for four. The beaches of Kata and Karon are about ten minutes away at a slow pace. Shops are all nearby, money is exchanged on the descent below. The staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious, there is a sofa on which the child slept, they were cleaned every day, but the floors are only swept, towels were always changed. Yes, breakfast is the same every day, but it was just enough for a week of accommodation, they did not have time to get bored, they alternated. On her husband's birthday, she was congratulated for breakfast and presented with a coconut. The mountain to the hotel is of course steep, but more often we approached, and there are vehicles there, which were lifted with a breeze in a minute. The location of the hotel is great, we went to both Katu and Karon. Celine has a hidden minus mosquitoes in the rooms, they turned to the reception, they did not help in any way. The child was bitten all over.

There are neighbors on one side. There is no entrance door between the rooms. Many people write that the furniture is "tired", of course, but that's not why we went to Tai to look at the furniture. Yes, there was a lot of frozen ice in the refrigerator, but they left the door open and turned it off for 4 hours and voila poured some water from the tray and you can use it. This is not a problem for us. Yes, when they came from the sea, they involuntarily brought sand with them on towels and swimsuits. Therefore, he was underfoot on the balcony, but they took a broom and a dustpan from the staff, swept everything away and there was no discomfort. Not a problem. Breakfast was enough . The men didn't stay hungry either. As for the slide, it was easy to go down, but there was always a tuk tuk from the beach. It is quite possible to wait 5-10 minutes if he is not downstairs, under an umbrella and on a high chair. We are on vacation and time is running out. Downstairs, if there is no person at the barrier, then dial "0" in the booth and inform the reception that you are expecting transport. Not a problem. And the most important thing is that the staff always tries to satisfy the needs of vacationers. As an example, we came to extend the room in a couple of days, because we had a plane at 233⁰ and did not want to sit in a stuffy and hot lobby for several hours, we were told that there were no empty seats and our room was already booked. But we found an opportunity and provided another room, which was vacated that day and was supposed to be checked in only late in the evening, so we were provided with it for 6 hours before our transfer.
