The base is not bad, due to the fact that there is a private beach with sun beds and umbrellas (free of charge), the beach is sandy and the bottom is also shallow and sandy, as well as its own parking is closed, but there are also disadvantages- facilities are separate, on the 1st floor of the houses there are bathrooms and toilets, which are in poor condition (constantly breaking down, terrible toilets, etc.) and the owners don't give a damn about it. The food in the dining room is expensive, scrambled eggs - 2000 tenge !!!!. Not very good barbecues, only 2 pcs., in the barbecue area, there is no furniture in the rooms except for the bed (but there is a medium refrigerator and air conditioning). It is also good that the neighborhood of Balkhash where there is a wonderful Panorama bar, a nearby beach)))

Terrible rooms: everything is very old and dirty. We paid for a triple room, but instead of a full-fledged bed, there was a broken folding chair, which was impossible to sleep on. The management of the base behaves extremely rudely, they don't know anything about Customer orientation — they wanted to evict us and the children in the middle of the night for talking loudly next to the supervisor's room.

Don't come here, it's a nightmare! In addition to the fact that the rooms are old and smelly, the bed and cot are falling apart, dirt and cobwebs are everywhere, the shower is generally without pressure, there is also a lack of basic respect for the guests at the administration, the woman is in charge there or who in general just screamed at us on the mats, turned personal, shouted shut up and most importantly it was just for nothing! We were in shock! I've never seen anything like this! Then the other guests said that this was the norm for her! In general, we ran away from there, there are gorgeous recreation areas nearby and it's cheaper!
