They wanted us to take the broken cargo, probably to blame the whole problem on us. The company replaced the product, delivery is in August, the delivery date is constantly postponed, the car broke down, the driver does not have time. Support in Yerevan initially fed "breakfasts", now they don't respond. Support in the Russian Federation also does not provide clear comments - some experts say that it has already been shipped, others that it is at the border, and others that it has not even been queued up for shipment yet! I don't understand why the rating of the PEC is 2.8, even 1 is not enough here. Disappointed is not enough to say. I would never advise anyone to use this company. The cargo was transported for almost two months, and it turned out that it had been lying in this compartment for more than a month. They claimed that they would be transported to their destination in 10 days. I transported personal items, sent them myself, and received them myself. You can't get through to this branch, they don't get in touch, and I managed to get a couple of messages through WhatsApp. The PEC company itself has no contact with this department (you can leave at least 10 applications), keep this in mind, it will not solve your problem. In fact, this is a contractor named TransportPort. I think that it is necessary to deal with them at least, your cargo will arrive when they succeed, if they succeed, of course, they will not give you any information.

I'll start with the fact that manager Kristina seemed very friendly and pleasant to me, she told me what and how the cargo would be processed and when the cargo would arrive, where, whether it would be able to be picked up "Door to door". But none of her stories came true except for the final delivery of the cargo. The driver and a friend came to pick up the cargo, so there was no room in the cabin and I had to take a taxi for the car, even though the manager said otherwise. The cargo was issued almost 2 times the estimated cost, and only then did I realize that it had to be changed, but even with the initial calculations, I could not collect this cost in the calculator. Okay... When paying for the cargo, I beeped the card, the check was knocked out, the money was debited, but the money did not come to the PACK, I had to have a lot of problems with the bank because of this. Okay... On 09/27/24, the cargo was processed and the promised delivery was on 10/07/24. But on 10/15/24, the cargo just left! Support from Russia can't say anything at all about your cargo in Yerevan, doesn't have any information why he didn't leave and constantly says that you can't get through to Yerevan. As a result, on the 14th, I arrived from another Russian city in Krasnodar, and only there, after 2 hours of my time, was the support able to contact Yerevan and explain to me the reason for the delay. At the same time, I have a debt of about 2500r. approximately, provided that I have paid everything. It turned out that I had a debt in the application and on the website, but the payment was made in their system after 3 weeks. The accounting department for the payment did not send me a response. For some reason, there is no form for claiming delivery delays, so I had to write it in free form. As a result, I arrived personally at 14.10, and the cargo finally left at 15.10. A coincidence? No. At the same time, the cargo traveled from Yerevan to Krasnodar for as many as 9 days! That is, he was brought in only on the 25th. The funny thing is that as soon as the cargo was delivered, I still had a debt on the website, and if there was one, no one would bring the cargo to your address. Support on this day tells me in plain text that the delivery to the address is a "Schrodinger's Cat" because it is both canceled and not. As a result, I still got a call from the deliveryman who was able to bring me the cargo only the next day at a smart time range from 9.00 to 18.00, that is, in any case, you have to wait all day for the call until the delivery deigns to arrive. However, I was still pleased that the entire cargo was intact, of course, because they did not impose as many as 2 crates. Moreover, only one reached the address, the second one was carefully disassembled by PACK and kept for himself under the pretext that it did not fit in the car, and the crates, oddly enough, cost money. Yes, as soon as I flew to Russia to meet the cargo (and manager Kristina knew this very well), the manager stopped contacting me at all. Shortly.. It's more expensive to get involved with this transport company, only in desperation! It's very expensive, very long, and the service doesn't give a damn. But! The cargo is intact and at least nothing was stolen. And thanks for that. I would like to add that I wrote a claim in free form, for which I received a response and a 20% discount for the service that the insurance company must pay. Having sent the data and banking details, I have not received anything for a month and a half now. I'll have to sue the campaign. After 4 months, they still returned about 10% instead of the promised 20%. But thanks for that too. I would like to thank employee Alena separately, because she is the only one of this huge company who decided to work hard and bring the matter to an end! I hope the management will notice the success of this person and write out a bonus at least in the amount of the unpaid amount to me)) It's only thanks to Alena that I'm adding another star.

We drove for about an hour, half an hour that the PACK was on the way out of the city, through all the traffic jams. We arrive - and there is only part of my cargo. How I regretted that I read the reviews only after using the services of this company ((( so, the cargo for the move, 105 kg, was chosen because of the affordable price. On August 28, the cargo was picked up the day after the order was placed, and they promised to deliver the cargo in 2 weeks. Unfortunately, not a single employee of the company warned that they had no available trucks, and it seemed that 1 KAMAZ was traveling to Russia from Yerevan. At the end of September, the shipment had not even been shipped! It was in the warehouse. And this company has nothing to do with PEC, except for cooperation on the territory of the Russian Federation, apparently. Because on the maps, the cargo is handled by THOSE who are not PECS.By the way, the services also included packaging of boxes with polyethylene- as you can guess, of course there was no packaging with polyethylene... As a result, the cargo was shipped after 2 hours!!!! Months. As soon as it arrived at the warehouse in Vladikavkaz in the Russian Federation, the guys from the pack promptly delivered the cargo in a week. If someone from this charade had warned me that I would have to wait for shipment from the warehouse for an unknown amount of time, this is one option, but they only tell you the delivery time, a beautiful 2 weeks.

The staff is very nice, they even disassembled the crate for me in the warehouse — this is not the first time I've sent it, and before that they gave me a tire iron, they say, disassemble it yourself. I ordered delivery from Chelyabinsk to Yerevan. 4 boxes, including a monitor and a computer. It took exactly a month, they were detained in a warehouse in Vladikavkaz and then for some time they stood at the Upper Lars checkpoint. I was expecting the worst, but in the end everything went fine. I had the parcels measured and recalculated on the spot. When I left Chelyabinsk, they counted some astronomical weight that was not true and the amount was several times more than it was on the calculator. I sent a cargo from Moscow to Yerevan! I arrived 2 days later from the specified date, but that's still bullshit. On 7.11.2022, the cargo arrived at the warehouse at 48/32 Admiral Isakov Avenue in the department of the PEC. 8.11 it was not possible to receive the parcel, as it was already closing. On 9.11 at 13:38, the status of the cargo changes to "Issued in stock" but to the wrong person! Today is already the 11th and they still don't call or even bother to find the parcel. I'm surprised! How do you even deliver the cargo without checking the recipient and without a passport? Kaaak? Fortunately, the cargo was insured and the PEC (in Moscow) said that they would refund the entire amount plus more for transportation!

The branch turned out to be closed (I met some worker, explained that everyone left at lunch, because they poured concrete). Who cares about your concrete? Fill it in after hours! They turned around and left. On Monday, they made a special preliminary call, clarified whether they were working and whether there was lunch, etc., and arrived at the closed gates. Calls are always busy, I called 30 times, and I never got through. We stood for half an hour until an employee arrived (or it's unclear who, did not introduce herself), opened the gate, finally came to the office. It is impossible to receive by SMS, although the cargo is prepaid. There were no apologies, they suggest writing a complaint to all questions. I would put 0 if it were possible. I would add a star for the fact that the cargo arrived intact (it was no longer issued in a crate). But this is not the merit of this department. If you can do without it, it's better not to contact PECK Yerevan.

Customer orientation is minimal, there is no ability to solve customer problems, they ignore the comments on the application and bring the cargo as they want and eventually give you the damaged cargo. The delivery time of the cargo was violated 2.5 times, just think about it, not for a couple of days, but 2.5 times, and I did not hear a single apology in the Yerevan office for being late. Everyone lies, from the warehouse staff to the head, who considers herself a very important person, but in fact such an incompetent person in her position. I recommend everyone to bypass this company if timing and comfort are important to you.
